I had a fantastic stay here. From the free early check in to the amazing pool facility and great staff everywhere. The room was large and clean and had a nice balcony. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The property is huge. They have 24 hour transportation to get you around. There’s an adults only pool, a family pool, and then a section with waterfalls and games. It was quiet and everyone was friendly and helpful.

This property should be called a Motel and not Hotel. Old, outdated, and outside door access only to rooms. Not enough room to use toilet in bathroom. Cable boxes hardly worked, had to unplug tv several times. Charger for complimentary breakfast. Would not recommend.

This is a beautiful facility and the staff go above to assist you with your needs. Our issue is with the super steep slope for parking at our rooms. There are few elevators and walking from your room to the lobby or other areas is not easy. You will have to carry your bags up stairs in many areas. The rooms were very clean and the room staff was excellent. The hot water is almost non existent. We and our friends had to let the sinks and showers run for a long time to get warm water. The staff will jump thru hoops to make you comfortable. And they have golf carts to carry you anyplace in the facility whenever you want to go. The price was reasonable. And our AC was inconsistent. I was freezing when we went to bed then hot after a couple of hours.
