While checking in, I was told the property had no hot water but it was being worked on and refund was not guaranteed since I booked through a third party. I got on the phone with Expedia and they were told it was fixed and hot water should be available in 20 minutes. I went back in and took their word. Because I didn’t have the energy to look elsewhere. I went forward with reservations and indeed had hot water in the time they said it would be available. After a long days work I had a good nights rest. Front desk staff were helpful and polite. Next day was able to finish my Christmas shopping with shops near the area. Will definitely be staying there again in the future if the need arises.
