Second bedroom have two comfortable queen beds, all dressed with fresh clean sheets, fluffy pillows, and snuggly blankets. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bed. Not clean at all
We had a very bad experience with this place. It was not clean at all, also there was no towels, or any cleaning products. We had to wait 45 minutes outside because the code that we got was wrong.

Very Dirty and Unresponsive
I'd like to start out by saying I have never left a negative review before. I've also tried reaching out to these property owners 4 times to discuss before writing this review. We had rented this property for 5 nights the first week of Sept 2020 and upon arrival, we had to arrive 3 hours late due to a plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms. We were fine with this as things happen with properties, so we spent the time checking out Phoenix and heading to the grocery store to prep for our stay. Once given the clear to arrive at the unit, we were not given the code to enter the property so we had to chase it down (also ok with this). The property manager indicated in a message that we would receive it in a separate app message. When we entered the space it was so dirty that we actually decided we couldn't stay (I've never done this before and would not consider myself to be high maintenance). The entire place looked like it had not been cleaned at all. The kitchen had food and dirt all over the floors and even dripping down the cabinets. The dishtowels and potholders had food and dirt coated on them. When we went to the bathroom there was still soap and body wash all over the shower along with dirt. The dirt was so deep that there were actual footprints in the shower. I reached out to building management immediately and sent photos. I asked for a refund and was told they would provide it, but never received any response in the app messages. I called the number provided and spoke to someone who said they would get back to me the next day and I never heard back. I keep receiving their automated text messages and app messages and feel like no one has taken me seriously nor acknowledged my concerns. I would not recommend staying here, especially with Covid 19 being a concern and I would be very hesitant about staying at one of their properties. This property is run by a management company called Buy More Time.

I have to say this place is so beautiful there was everything all we needed to do was bring our food. The place was nicely decorated and it felt like home, however the parking situation was horrible I did not like that we had to park in a business parking lot and if you park in front of the garage you will get rude neighbors knocking at your door telling you that your blocking them in. The entire time we were there it was raining so getting children from condo to business parking lot was not an option (children were small). However if we ever were to come back I will defiantly stay at the condo and be better prepared with the parking situation :)

Dirty house
When we first arrived it looked nice. However, when it was time to go to bed we notices the sheets where used. There was hair on the sheets the living room and kitchen had sticky patches, air mattresses where extremely dirty,showers still had someone's old bar soap and body scrub, down stairs sheets had yellow marks on them,there was forks with food on it in the cabinets. The owner said they where going to send cleaning crew back and they never did and she never responded back to my phone calls and text messages. And as of now I haven't received a refund for anything. COMMUNITY POOL IS NICE BUT THAT'S ABOUT THE ONLY THING CLEAN IN THIS PLACE.

Clean and Comfortable
My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We had a range of ages spanning three generations. This home provided us with two living areas and generous bedrooms so we did not feel cramped. The house was clean with plenty of linens and a well-appointed kitchen. It is near the interstate, so easy on/easy off convenience without being right on top of it! I do recommend this home.
