Both bedrooms have king beds with uber comfy plush mattresses. Master suite is large with a custom walk in shower, walk in closet, granite countertops, and wood look tile flooring. Extra Large Remodeled kitchen with gas appliances and an island that's fully loaded and ready for the chef of the house! Livingroom has Leather Power reclining sofas and recliners. Every seat power reclines! Laundry room is located inside the garage. Step outside the smooth patio sliding doors to the Oversized PRIVATE backyard full of beautiful citrus trees, tall cacti, flowers, and more! Gas BBQ Grill. Quail love to come to this house in the evening to nibble on some bird food. It's so fun to have a cocktail on the back patio and watch the birds come eat and sing. The Back Patio also has commercial grade misters installed that can lower the patio temperature as much as 25 degrees! Sun City Grand "The Grand" offers 4 beautiful Golf Courses, fitness center, indoor and outdoor community pools and spas that are heated.
