Property was very nice! We asked to have the music at the pool be changed. It did not match the age of the people at the pool. They stated they couldn't do anything about it. So we went to Walmart and bought a Bluetooth speaker and had many positive comments from people in pool. People actually gravitated to our group. The music provided wasn't very load either.

Excellent hotel. Only in town for one night. Pool was nice and clean, drinks were affordable. JDs for dinner and watching the game was absolutely perfect. The staff is what sets this place apart. Everyone was accommodating and friendly. Have stayed here before and will def stay here again.

I wish I would've known how the property was laid out before I booked the reservation. Our room was on the second floor only accessible via stairs. That made getting luggage to/from challenging. The room was spacious as was the sink/dressing area but the shower/lav combo room was so tiny that it was practically impossible to walk in and shut the door without either falling into the glass shower door or squeezing past the end of the lav. Given the amount of space dedicated to sink/ dressing area, seems they could've used a portion of that space to extend the size of the shower/lav room enough that it was practical. Otherwise, the staff was great and the grounds of the property were safe and nice.

We liked having the cabana to ourselves! It was so much space! We had a car, but there is a shuttle to take you to downtown Scottsdale which was really cool. The pool was excellent and the restaurant options were good in the hotel and closeby. I think one downside was our bed felt pretty old, we kept sliding together in the middle which made it a little difficult to get a good night's rest! But other than that, we had a good time.
