Hair dryer, ironing board, and iron?  We've got that too. *Please note that master bathroom has 2 steps down into the sunken shower.  This may be a challenge for guests that have difficulty with stairs*

Nice spot for Giants spring training
We really enjoyed our stay here with just a couple exceptions — there were no kitchen towels and there were some booking date adjustments that took a bit of communication to resolve but eventually it was all worked out. We loved the minimal checkout tasks!!! Our group made good use of the outdoor kitchen as well — it wasn’t working the first night but was promptly addressed the next morning. We also loved the pool table and hot tub! Would definitely stay again!

All about the pool
The house was clean and it was functional. Outdoor bbq was great. We were there to enjoy the pool, which was deep and wonderful. The outdoor tvs didn’t work as stated and the pool toys were old and broken but we made do. Hot tub was nice as well.

Scottsdale Girls Weekend
Pros: The house itself was exactly what we needed. There were 10 girls on a long weekend trip & we never felt cramped. Plenty of space to spread out, but awesome common areas to all be together easily. The beds!!! Everyone slept great every night & made it a point to say so. The outdoor space & “smart home” music control feature on the wall were awesome to be able to have music pumping while we partied at the pool. The kitchen was well stocked which was nice as we cooked most meals at home & there was a laundry machine that served us well, too. The location was great, just a 5-10 minute Uber to Old Town. Cons:The rental company allowed us to check in early which was great, but the state of the home seemed like they could’ve used the additional time to clean a little more. The outdoor kitchen area had clearly not been touched with a rag for quite sometime. The outdoor countertops were visibly dusty/ dirty. The outdoor grill was extremely hard to get working as well, whether it was user error or not, there should’ve been some sort of instructions.The ice maker did not work, there was a chirping smoke detector when we got there, the diving board to the pool had a large crack in the base (we told the company about this right away), the dishwasher rack was off the tracks, there was no home welcome manual which was definitely missed, & there were no additional linens where the property management said there would be. The smoke alarm and linens were addressed quickly. Overall, 7/10

Spring Training Getaway

Great Time
We were in town for a family wedding. The property was great. Very clean super comfortable. Nice pool great hot tub. Fun pool table and golf video game.The only problem is we had to leave so soon! I had a question which was answered immediately. We will definitely stay again.

Pink Concert Retreat
My group of friends loved this property and location so much that we considered staying a couple more days, if available. It’s a perfect set up for a large group with plenty of room to spread out or be alone. The interior is spread out so much and we never crossed paths at the same time. The outside oasis is amazing with the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, tvs music and lights. We even thought of not going to the Pink concert and staying home!! We definitely want to stay here again.

Best Stay!
If you are trying to visit Old Town this place is the spot! It takes less than 10 mins to get there. The place was very open, clean, and super cozy. The pool had the most fresh and clean water I had ever seen and the diving board was insane. The backyard also had insane speakers by the patio and the pool that could be controlled through the Spotify app once connected to the Wifi. After the trip my friend left his wallet behind and the host found it while cleaning and shipped it to us quickly. Huge shoutout to the host for being super communicative! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and if I ever come back to Scottsdale I will be booking this location again!

Outstanding!
The home was very clean and was exactly like advertised. They thought of every thing - adequate dishes - Tvs in almost every room, pool table, outside pool/ spa ,grill &TV . Perfect location - very quiet and felt really safe. I would highly recommend this home for any family or small group. The point of contact for this home was exellent and very responsive Words cannot do this place justice, I rate it a 5 in all areas . The reviews were spot on!

A perfect place to stay
The house was great! The location and neighborhood were nice and close to anything we wanted to do. The place was very clean. The back yard with the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, lounge chairs, and the TV's and Sonos were the best part - we spent most of our stay out there. The only downsides were that the garage door was broken so we couldn't park our car inside (would have been nice in the summer heat), and one of the sun shades on the back patio was broken and fell down when we tried to roll it down. Someone had tried to do a "fix" with a few screws but that didn't do anything, it needs to be replaced. Neither of these things really made our stay any less enjoyable, but would make it better for the next guests.
