This was a return trip. Clean, comfortable and safe place. We loved the pools and gardens. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautifully kept Arizona trees, shrubs and flowers. A treat to walk around the Hotel property. Rooms have everything to cook a meal from scratch. Which we did not do.

Always a perfect stay here. Great hotel with a nice pool area located in a great area in north Scottsdale. The only main thing i would say could use some improvement is the pool bar/snack grille. While the pool is open till midnight, the bar/food close at 7. I would think at very least drink part would still be open till 10pm or so at least (since pool is midnight) for extra revenue but also for people staying have no drinks while hanging in pool area at night- just suggestion. Other than that i would definitely stay again.

The rooms are enormous. We got a 2 bdrm suite with 2 king beds. Our family of 4 could easily just gotten a 1 room suite and had been fine.

Sheraton Desert Oasis is a good spot for families and we felt it was nicely located close to highways and shops (e.g., groceries, restaurants). Communication from the resort was excellent through text messages (e.g., pool closed due to oncoming storms, upcoming check out and how to check out, we could also text message if anything was needed such as towels). We would consider returning again.
