They're updating the property which is good. The AC fan in our room was so loud we switched it off, and the bed springs creaked and groaned. None of that matters if you're a deep sleeper though. All the staff are lovely and friendly and going above and beyond to make up for the chaos of construction.

Never again.
For our 2 night stay we left with lower back pain, stiff necks and literally bent out of shape. The double mattress was oversize for the box frame and when you lay down you roll to the center. The small makeup mirror was broken, the TV wall mount was poorly installed--tv was tilted downward and slightly crooked. There was only decaf coffee packets. We had zero warning on the road work being conducted on broadway road. Overall, the room looked nothing like what was advertised in their pictures.

I liked the pool & hot tub. The rooms need more cleanliness & attention. First floor was being renovated and not blocked off so you could see all the peeled ceiling paint all over the carpet floor in the hallway. Just yuck.

Property is in a central location to get to other Valley Metro areas quickly - except for all the constant construction going on in AZ. Front desk staff is amazing and went above and beyond for our smallest needs to emergencies during our 7 day stay. Thank you to Gabby in the morning shift and Coco in the evening shift. You are both amazing people and are very much appreciated.!
