My guest and I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the rooms however, did seem like the AC didn't work as it was a lot warmer compared to the other room & the living room. But other than that, the place was clean, quiet, and safe. Check-in instructions were simple and easy to follow. Communication with the host was very easy as well. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay :)

We absolutely loved our stay here! The bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size. And the living room, dining room and kitchen while not huge are very functional. They’ve made a great use of the space! The gorgeous pool area does not disappoint and with the toasty Phoenix weather we definitely made full use of the pool during our stay. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again

Good place overall
The place was nice to have 2 bedrooms and laundry when traveling with kids. My main complaint is that one of the bedrooms is plagued with extreme noise from the furnace in the attic above the ceiling that runs for a few hours in the evening to heat all the nearby units. It was SO loud it was like a helicopter was above the roof or a washing machine was the nightstand. Other than that which isn't technically an issue of the rental itself but if the apartment complex/location of the unit, it was overall comfortable. There is not much of q view from the balcony. Also the door lock wouldn't unlock with the code we put in and after trying a dozen times we had to call property management to electronically unlock it.

Wonderful Getaway
We enjoyed a girls weekend here. Everything was wonderful with the unit. The pool was not heated so very cold in October. The pool area was beautiful, if you are looking for sun plan to be there midday as it is surrounded by the buildings. The extras in the unit were so helpful! Coffee, cleaning packets and full size shower supplies were so helpful. In addition, LOVED the robes for all. A very nice getaway!

Two king beds, but small living space. Not a lot of furniture for clothing . Showers need to be seriously cleaned and re caulked, maybe re tiled. There is absolutely nowhere for guests to park. They have to park a block away on the street and I’m not sure about this neighborhood.

Great Amenities, Perfect for a Phoenix Getaway!
The apartment is so close to downtown and many attractions. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub during our stay. The apartment has two master suites, so it it was a perfect place to stay with my best friend, where we both had our own space. The pool area needs to have some cleaning of the pool furniture/pillows, but everything was generally nice. The beds were comfy! The parking felt safe and was easy to get access to the apartment according to the instructions. :) Thank you!

Good area for GCU
Property is in a good location with a student at GCU going back and forth. Parking is secure. The furniture is not comfortable. You can only sit 2-3 in living room and couch is uncomfortable. Unfortunately the pool Was out of service during the visit l, not anyones fault but unfortunate for us. This was just an okay rental by my standards, nothing special. I won’t rent again, it seems like a rental a younger person would enjoy vs late 40’s.

Our unit was very clean. We arrived late and with self-check in it was quick getting into our unit. A nice perk-there was a Keurig there with coffee pods and everything to make coffee. We didn't have to run out first thing to find coffee! We emailed the property management a couple of times during our stay, and they were always quick to respond and take care of what we needed.

Great apartment convenient to everything!
Loved our stay at this very clean and cute apartment in a very quiet complex with a pool hot tub and gym. Stayed here when taking our daughter back to college. It was close to the airport and close to a lot of attractions and activities, including hikes! Would definitely stay here again! The property manager was great with communication as well.

Seriously, I loved it!
Centrally located, extremely clean and nicely decorated, well equipped with everything you need, great communication with the host, awesome pool and hot tub, really couldn't ask for more. Don't hesitate to book your stay here (no, I mean it!) I will definitely be back, staying here truly made my weekend adventure away from home a blissful experience. My only bit of teeny, tiny constructive criticism would be that the beds were a bit too firm (adding a topper to the bed would be nice ) however, the super comfy pillows made up for for lack of cushion on the beds.
