Best of both worlds - privacy and a great view!
This property is tastefully decorated and provides a very private backyard living area as well as a wonderful deck with seating with a view on the opposite side of the house. In the middle is a wonderful conversation area with facing couches to chat or watch TV.

Great house and location but house needs some TLC.
The home needs a tune up. Dishes were dirty & we picked up trash that littered the ground around the deck area.

Disappointed
We had a lot of issues with this house. The front door lock did not work. We ran out of hot water on the last day and had to take a cold shower. We were lucky to get lukewarm water during our entire stay. Many lights were burnt out through out the house. The entire experience with this property was not very good for the price we paid. Worst experience we have ever had at a VRBO. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful property but poorly kept. Ripped, stained and dirty outdoor furniture. No hot water. Door lock stopped working and no help from the property management to overcome any of the issues. I've used vrbo often and had zero issues. I've always left perfect ratings. Would not recommend property

house is beautiful....check in was a nightmare
this is an amazing home.....the master bedroom and bath are really nice...the back two bedrooms are nice but the bathrooms really small when we arrived there was no key in the lock box. we called (3 times), texted and emailed the agent and the management company with no response. Over an hour later the maid showed up......she had no idea anyone was staying there that day, as the the house should have been cleaned. I had to sit outside another hour with our 2 dogs (it's over a 100 degrees) while she cleaned...we then asked her to leave (she normally cleans for 3 hours) so we had to do the rest of the cleaning. That was another challenge which I won't go into as hopefully this won't happen again. Someone finally texted us the following day saying "Sorry" didn't get your message until now...totally unacceptable. Assumed you got in since there weren't more messages. If the maid hadn't shown up we would have had to find a hotel for the first night. Just not good communication and very frustrating for paying for a high rent stay. We've used this site many times before without complaint. This time a new management Evolve was handling the reservation who we had not used before. They really need to work on being more responsible.
