Wonderful home, location and communication!
Everything was wonderful! Our host was attentive and helpful and the home was well equipped and appointed. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area. We were within easy walking distance to everything Old Town has to offer without being in the heart of the hustle and bustle.

Run to rent this house!!! My 5 college girlfriends and I rented this house for a long reunion weekend. All I can say is WOW! The house is beyond comfortable and clean. It literally has everything you could possibly want. The host was beyond great!The house was everything we dreamed of and more—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly stocked with everything we could need. The location was unbeatable, close to all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping in Old Town Scottsdale. There is even a Barre exercise class two blocks away. The neighborhood felt extremely safe.The amenities were next-level fun: a stunning backyard with a pool and hot tub, plenty of seating for lounging, and even games cornhole to keep us entertained. The kitchen and bar were a dream, fully equipped for cooking and cocktail-making. The beds were super comfortable, and the layout gave everyone enough space to relax.It truly felt like a private resort, and every detail was thought through to make our stay perfect. We laughed, lounged, and created so many memories. Highly recommend this house for anyone planning a fun, relaxing getaway with friends!”

Excellent home
Perfect home for a group of old friends. So many amenities, great location, very clean and accurate descriptions. So many extras. Herb was a wonderful host and communicated with us as needed. We could walk to Old Towne and restaurants, hot tub was nice in the cool evenings, but also utilized the suggested Quick Silver golf cart rides to town. They are wonderful. Would definitely recommend this property to others visiting.

Relaxing Stay for 3 Couples
Great property and the amenities are wonderful. Appreciated that it was well stocked. I appreciated the take one leave one philosophy with the beer and beverage fridge. We enjoyed a few beers left behind and left some of our own! The pool and hot tub are very nice and the outdoor seating if ample and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Fantastic property close to Old Town Scottsdale
We loved this property! We were a group of 6 friends travelling to celebrate a milestone birthday and were all very happy with our stay here! The property can easily and comfortably accommodate 8-10 people. The owner was very organized and thorough in all of his communications prior to and during our stay. The home was very clean and well-maintained. We loved that the property owner encourages guests to leave behind their grocery extras for either their housekeeper or the next guests to enjoy and as a result the panty cupboard was very well stocked with lots of spices, oils and other staples. The kitchen was also very well stocked with a wide variety of dishware, utensils and cookware. The back yard was our own little oasis with lots of amenities like the pool, hot tub, outdoor misters/heaters, cornhole game set and a grill. The location was also great for those looking to be close to Old Town which was within a walkable distance or by a very convenient golf cart taxi for ~$30 (seats 5-6 people). We would all have loved to stay longer and would definitely recommend this property to others!

We loved the location! Restaurants and shopping so close! Herb's house was perfect for us. We so enjoyed the pool table and the pool and the back patio! First time to Scottsdale. Very easy to walk to old town, or just walk around and see the neighborhoods. For us the house was just as much the experience as was the exploring outside. The house had everything we could have needed and more. We’ll book again soon.

Great spot for a group of 4 to 6.
We came for an old persons bachelor party (39+ year olds). The house was perfect: pool table, pool, hot tub, outdoor shading and TV, lawn games, Bluetooth speakers all over the house and outside. This is a perfect house for 3 couples or a bachelor/ette party. It’s about a 5 minute walk (or stumble) from Old Scottsdale. If I come to Scottsdale again I’d hope to get this house again.
