$40 or less Stay ONLY!!!!
It was an AWFUL PLACE. ROACHES. DIRTY TOILET WAS RUNNING ALL NIGHT LONG. THE BED WAS UNEVEN. THE REMOTE DID NOT WORK. PEOPLE STOOD OUTSIDE SMOKING AND DRINKING UNTIL 4am or later. It was AWFUL !!! This hotel should be $40 or less

Went to Arizona and booked a room here. Don’t let the pictures deceive you, this is the last place you want to end up at. As we were pulling up to the location, we couldn’t see the lobby entrance, it was covered by a couple who was out from with a lot of their belonging. When we walked into the lobby, we paid the $100 deductible, we had a bad feeling about the place, decided to keep going since we had a concert in a few hours. We got a room in the 3rd floor on the other side of the building, we parked and saw many people who looked homeless surrounding the area, some men with their room open, others looking at us from above, we smelled this strong urine smell and the place was really run down. We did not even walk into it because we felt so unsafe, we drove back to the lobby stating our concerns and we got back our deductible and we were promised a refund. It’s been two weeks, no refund, I had to contact Expedia and until today I haven’t heard back from the property. Don’t stay here unless you want to be surrounded by homeless, strong Urine smell, filth.

The only good is the Staff. The stairwell smells like piss, roaches everywhere, crackheads surround the place at night and the walls are super thin. I could hear the other room clearly. At one point, I was being followed by a guy in a bike from the main road to the parking lot. I got out and starred at him to see what he wanted to do but he took off. I do not recommend at all. Not even for an emergency. I reserved for a week, I only stayed two days.

I recently stayed at HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof Phoenix - West?, and I have to say, my experience was far from what I expected. First and foremost, the photos on their website are misleading. The rooms look significantly better online than they do in reality; they seem heavily doctored. Upon arrival, I encountered an unsettling situation. It took me 40 minutes to check in because one of the tenants was harassing the front desk staff. The police were called, and he had to be escorted out, which made me feel unsafe in the area. As for the room itself, it was in deplorable condition. There were holes in the walls, missing cabinet doors, and a broken toilet. To top it off, the bedding was worn and stained. Overall, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel. The experience was disappointing, and I would suggest looking elsewhere for accommodations.

This was the worst ever hotel. Mold, water damage on walls and ceiling, cabinet doors falling off, drawers falling out. The girl at the front desk acted like we interrupted her tv show and was not happy to see us. The toilet in the bathroom was literally sitting and mounted at a 45° angle. That took talent.
