I recently stayed at Talking Stick Resort and was very disappointed with the service at the front desk. Despite booking a VIP experience, we did not receive the level of service we expected. The check-in process was our first indication, the staff seemed uninterested in resolving issues or accommodating our requests. For a resort that advertises a luxury experience, the service fell far below expectations. I hope management can address these issues and improve customer care for future guests.

Once you walk past the noisy casino in the lobby the hotel is clean, modern with big rooms, comfy beds, and a perfect place to stop if taking a road trip and don’t want to drive into Phoenix
