Very large chefs kitchen with everything you need to make that perfect meal - all small appliances, dishes etc. included large sliders open up to the back yard to bring the entertaining outdoors- with a one of a one of a kind custom heated lazy river pool complete w waterfalls, water slide, caves and put put golf. The backyard is very private and resort like, amazing star gazing. Perfect house to make many memories! BBQ your meal out doors in our unique Bull BBQ - ( smoke comes out his nose) or use the Tragger while you sit by the cozy out door fire looking at the desert hills and beautiful sunset. Many outdoor games including ping pong. Central to all main attractions approx 20-30 min from old town Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson Phoenix, cave creek , Peoria, Lake Pleasant, and numerous hiking trails and golf courses surrounding the area.Lots of parking available.

Winter get away
We stayed for a week in January to do some hiking and enjoy some sunshine. The backyard at this home is like having your own private resort. The owners have truly thought of everything from yard games to outdoor dining spaces to the “water park” of a pool that awaits you! Even with temps dropping to 38-45 degrees at night and getting to upper 60s during the day the pool maintained 85-86 degrees our entire stay and we were able to enjoy it! We appreciated that they provided laundry detergent, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, spices and some condiments. Tons of games and something for everyone to do! Hard to top this VRBO!!

Really cool house!
This place is awesome! Would highly recommend it - especially for large groups. We had 9 stay in the house & it was comfortable for everyone. The owner was very responsive and helpful. If you're looking for a great place to stay at a reasonable price, this is your landing spot!

Incredible place!! Very clean, spacious, fully stocked, beautiful oasis backyard! My only complaint is that the pool cover was a lot of work! Other than that everything was perfect. Would recommend to all.

Girls Weekend
The house was clean, the check in process was easy, and the host was quick to respond when we had an issue with the AC. (She fixed it immediately.) I rented the house for a girls weekend and we had the best time. The pool is amazing! It was like having your own private water park. We had so much fun floating in our inner tubes around the lazy river. The house has plenty of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms so it works great for a large group.

Beautiful back area with a fun pool and waterfalls. Nice seating and lounge chairs to hang out and enjoy. The Traeger was great to use also. We had a great family time.

Our Family Vacation
We had a totally enjoyable and fun stay at this resort home! The kids especially enjoyed the pool facilities, but our adults had a good time with it also. We also enjoyed the grilling facilities and made good use of them also. We were in Phoenix for our granddaughters graduation, so she and the family joined us for grilling and a really nice visit!

Amazing Family Boat and Pool Trip
We picked up our kids from Grand Canyon University and stayed at this beautiful Arizona Oasis! The lake is close and the house and pool is truly amazing! The host has taken care of every detail. We will definitely be back and stay here. Thank you so much for creating this beautiful vacation spot.

Amazing!
This house is amazing! Plenty of space for people to spread out and have privacy, but the backyard pool is the crown jewel! I didn’t think it was possible to spend all day in a pool, but we managed to do so! It is an amazing pool that was heated and the kids and adults loved it, especially the slide, waterfall and lazy river. The mini golf putting green was a hit too! Shannon was very easy to communicate with. Five stars! Would definitely come back!

Gorgeous Views From an Incredible Pool!
If you are looking for a large home in the north Phoenix area for family to gather look no further this is it! The location allows you to take in beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Unbelievably, the pool and backyard area is even better than the pictures show - you have to see it in person. Hosts have the house well stocked (blankets, plenty of bath towels, pots/pans, dishes for outside and inside, small appliances, etc.)- so nice when you’re traveling with two families. In addition they had so many welcoming touches - sunscreen to share, a few snacks, slippers, and more. If you are traveling with young kids make a point to visit Anthem Community Park!

Best VRBO stay yet!
This house is amazing! From the minute we walked in it surpassed all of our expectations! The small details and amenities were outstanding! The owners could not have been more accommodating and the quality time with our family was wonderful! The weather did not allow for a lot of pool time, but we were able to use it one day-it was spectacular!! Highly recommend this property!!

Amazing Property
This property has it all! They thought of everything to make us feel welcome and at home during our stay. Very clean! Pool and hot tub are excellent hang out spots. The huge Blackstone was a great surprise and allowed us to make large meals. Property is close to shopping and other fun activities. The owner is amazing also and is extremely responsive. I don’t know where to begin! The house was perfect for our family who came in from across the country to attend a wedding. Communication with Shannon was amazing, she was very responsive and answered all of my questions. The house was stunning-from the outside to the inside. It was also fully stocked with everything you could need. They have thought of it all! The outdoor space was incredible. We felt like we were at a resort. The pool is like none other, the lazy river was so much fun! Also, all the outdoor amenities you could want/need. Seating, grills, built in coolers, games, lights, firepits…the list goes on. We had the most amazing trip!!

This house is fantastic! It is in an very nice neighborhood, quiet and easy to get to. The pool is almost not to be believed as to how upscale it is! So interesting and beautiful. Shannon was super to deal with and while there was a couple of very small issues, they were addressed immediately and fixed within a couple of hours. Most anything we needed was within a 10 minute drive. Thanks Shannon for a great stay and making your house available!
