This is small family run motel that has been nicely renovated. What makes it special is the staff from the owner to all the other staff - they give exceptional customer service. It is rare and wonderful in today’s world to have people really care and are helpful with lovely attitudes. Thank you.

Great place but they do not have ice was told to go to CVS down the street to get some. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds. Will definitely stay there again.

The location was straight. Staff and cleanliness was superb. The only thing I didn't like about the property.. No coffee in the room or lobby and the room had no microwave or mini fridge.

Front desk was so friendly and for the price it was a very decent and clean room! There was a tear in the bed and a couple stains on the sheets though. Besides that a really great stay.

Excellent location with clean rooms
Easy and convenient location to ASU and Mill Avenue. Food and entertainment within walking distance. Only item that can be a bit of a disturbance is the alert-noise from the tram passing by but it can be overlooked for the economy and convenience. I've stayed here many times and the cost and location are the reason I come back.

Clean and very attentive staff. Room seemed newly conditioned. The only thing that has nothing to do with the hotel itself was that there was a couple of gangster type boys trying to force open the door to our room and they kicked it once. Then they left. My wife was super scared. I called the office and I guess there was confusion and the guys were supposed to be in another room. They looked drunk/drugged out of their minds. They should not let people in those conditions check-in in the hotel. Other than this, great hotel for the price.

Stayed here to go to a concert at Sunbar and for the price it exceeded my expectations! The parking situation is a bit rough as the parking lot is very small. The rooms seem recently renovated and I thought the bathroom and color scheme was beautiful!! No bugs in my room and I slept comfortably so I would stay here again!
