This charming 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is located just two blocks from ASU's campus and Mill Ave! You are surrounded by all of the hot spots in downtown Tempe and 7 minutes from Phoenix Sky-Harbor Airport. We decorated and furnished your apartment for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It has a full kitchen equipped for making a home-cooked meal, a pull-out couch for additional guests, and a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. You’ll also have 1GB WiFi and a flat-screen TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and steps from the community pool/spa. The community is well-maintained and has easy parking spot access near the unit. The apartment has one covered parking spot for guests just a short distance from the apartment. We do not have neighbors above the apartment, but there are neighbors that share one wall and that are below the unit. We trust you'll love your stay and hope that you truly feel at home. Perfect location
Great place to stay. Loved the outside pool and hot tub. Very clean. Loved having a washer and dryer.Very safe place to stay. Very close to the airport. We had a very late check in time because of our flight.We got to the place at 2:30 in the morning and the lock didn't work. After six tries I tried to call for help but no one answered. after 11 tries the lock finally opened. It turns out the lock needed a new battery.Owners, please check battery of lock box . Thank you

Great for a short stay
While the property is centrally located (within walking distance to key Tempe sites) the apartment is in a complex that is quite run down. The walls are thin and you can hear everything happening in the apartments around you (obviously not property management's fault). Overall, it felt like the apartment could use a bit more love. That said the place was well stocked and the worked fine to base myself for a couple days. Would recommend for short stays. As a note, the main bed is super soft so if you prefer a hard mattress (like myself) I suggest sleeping on the sofa.

Chic Condo Tempe
Location was very good. Close to airport. Front door wide space for lock seemed insecure. The contact with property manager was quick They do need to edit parts of their on line instructions to replace Boise with Tempe. The internet is excellent. However, there is no cable. So, it has Hulu. ROKU, Disney or Apple is it. There is no nightly news or Olympic coverage. Lastly, the welcome book needs to list restaurants, sites to see, phone numbers for emergencies, etc. The pool is not heated. But, the hot tub was very nice and warm with a 1 minite walk. The condo is ideal for two people.

Star Stay
The property was perfect for our one week stay. Location was convenient to all the sites and car auctions we attended. Quiet, comfortable and very clean. Washer and dryer a huge plus!
