Cleaning
The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to reach out and we can arrange with an additional fee.
ALSO PLEASE KEEP IN MIND OUR FRIENDLY HOUSE RULES:
1. No smoking in-unit. If there is any evidence, a $500 fee will be applied non-negotiable.
2. No parties allowed. As per VRBO policies, parties are prohibited and will result in a $500 fee non-negotiable as well.
3. Please help us respect our neighbors and keep noise at a minimum during
quiet hours from 10:00pm - 7:00am.
4. Report any damage immediately.
5. Kindly note that this apartment is not baby-proofed and we don't have baby-specific furniture (crib, changing table, etc.). Please bring your own if needed during your stay.
