The new hotel staff is fantastic, they are both beautiful and helpful. Close to everything the hotel is only a year old so everything well maintain and luxurious.

I booked 2 Ocean View rooms but there are not Ocean View at all. The rooms foce to other building and we saw the roofs only. Guests book this Hotel have to be careful at this point and make sure what we pay and what we get. IT’S NOT OCEAN VIEW AT ALL. The Staffs at Lobby and house keeping are helpful and nice but the staff at swimming pool is not really helpful and not nice because after we swimming we need towels he asked us have to bring the towels back the swimming pool and sign the name for taking towels Is it the five star Hotel SPECIAL service at LA FESTA PHU QUOC.

호텔은 만족, 식음료는 아쉬움
생긴지 얼마 안 된 호텔이고 계획적으로 지어서 일단 외관이나 전망이 매우 좋습니다 그리고 호텔 내 모든 직원들이 친절하고 잘 도와줍니다 다만 식음료 파트에 있는 분들은 친절하시기는 하지만 상당수 직원분들이 식음료 서비스 관련 훈련이 조금 덜 되어 계신 거 같습니다 글래스 와인을 따르는 방식이라든가, 맥주를 따르는 방식, 그리고 손님의 불만사항에 대해서 응대하는 방식이 5성급 호텔이라면 별로 만족스럽지 않은 수준입니다. 특히 식음료 파트 쪽은 근무 인원이 적은지는 몰라도 레스토랑 내부 서비스가 분주하고 정신이 없는 분위기입니다

라페스타 푸꾸옥 호텔 후기
전체적으로 만족한 호텔이었고 서비스도 좋은편이었음. 다만 주변 공사로 인한 소음이 늦게까지 있어서 불편하였음. 주변 식당이나 야시장이 걸어서 가기에는 좀 덥고 불편한 점이 있었음.
