We arrived in the middle of the night to the airport at Phu Qouc. I texted the hotel via whatsapp only to find out that all rooms were full.. I sent picutres of our confirmed and paid booking but nothing helped. We took a taxi to the hotel and found out it doesnt exist. Scam! Do not be fooled by their prices on hotels or airbnb. Best regards, Not yet received my refund
