Loved every bit of our stay! The staff were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, it was a pleasant experience. The resort was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. We loved the buffet breakfast. It was in a great location, close enough to the action of Patong, yet it felt quiet and secluded. We highly recommend this resort!

Friendly staff and overall good service. The facilities and the common areas are great and well maintained however the room is quite old and not exactly at the level of 5 star hotel. They upgraded our room to a villa. The location is not a walkable distance then you need 300-400bath each time to move around.

This is one of the best hotels I have been to, and the value for money was great! I stayed for 4 nights with my wife and 2 daughters and we loved every second! A huge plus is the food at the resort, from the outstanding breakfast, great room service, unbelievable tea it the room to the amazing restaurants this hotel is all about great food. Pros: price, big room with balcony and a great view, highly trained and friendly staff with perfect English, nice pools, a sweet kids club, top notch food, great sunset performance. Cons: there are a million steps in the hotel (which was good for our diet with all the great food), the location is great but there is only one restaurant, massage and 7-eleven near the hotel and everything else is a cab ride away. We wanted a hotel that isn’t in the middle of all the noise and touristy things so for us the location was perfect because it is still really close to patong beach but very relaxing and feels remote. Overall- an amazing place!

This property boats of natural and tranquil settings. Absolutely loved our stay. Staff were friendly and the breakfast options were plenty. The Indian restaurant at this hotel does amazing food and the staff are very kind and gave us a 5* service. The only downfall was that we had access to a shared pool and we found that the pool was covered in leaves that fall from a nearing tree which was the main reason we did not get to use the pool. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in a relaxing atmosphere away from the noisey centre of patong.

Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable, love the design of the room. Had dinner at Sizzle one of the hotel restaurant, love the Wagyu steak. Facilities are in great condition. They also provide free shuttle bus to different locations in Phuket. Would recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet place, 5 mins drive from Patong.

Simply lovely! This stay has been one of the best ones so far Ive been to, incredible architecture and accurately built area in and around the entire land covering every scenic area, incredible and mostly peaceful, quite and enjoyable to take a good rest from the busy world, and exceptional service and 24-hr buggy service is appreciated as it takes 2 mins to get to your villa on the buggy, so its very useful but I couldn’t appreciate this service more as the buggy service is very much not operational unless you go find out the driver at the entrance and only 1 person around 12 am and it could be little awkward if more than 2 people are waiting to get to their room and only 2 ppl can fit in it, so you gotta wait if you are a outgoing person Breakfast was good, many cool options provided and deserts too, but could have been better at those deserts section and the fruits section, not many options but the entire breakfast menu was satisfying and enjoyable, along with outside pool view is very well structured! We took a jacuzzi suite and loved it but I found my room to be a little old and dusty here and there, the lighting could be removed with all blue and red colours which doesnt add up to the interiors and doesnt make sense to have less lighting and blue colours in our shower, the door for bedroom and restroom is too old and I believe this furniture was a little old and it doesnt close easily or open comfortably, probably staff could use some oil to make it work correctly,

This hotel was such a disappointment. Pros: 1. Nice outdoor pools with really great views 2. Quiet location Cons: 1. Everything in the hotel was wet and humid. Our room was humid all the time and smelled like mold despite AC running all the time. My passport got wrinkly as if it was washed after staying in the room for a week. 2. Hotel food and cocktails were just mediocre. For a fraction of the price one could get so much better food elsewhere, even in a small family owned cafe across the street 3. Sun loungers near the pools were always wet and dirty

The managers Jag and Golf were amazing. Love this hotel when I do visit again I will stay with them again. Housekeeping was awesome. I got really sick and they helped me out I loved that and appreciate the staff tremendously. Thank you ohhhh sooo much!!!!

Overall good, but front desk are not usually answering the phone quick and most of the time their phone is busy. The first room we got was not a 5-star hotel room, old and dirty and the shower was not drain properly. The manager gave us a new room, much better. The safe box didnt work but they fix it after few times try.
