Disappointed, wouldn’t stay there again. Shower didn’t work properly, couldn’t regulate temperature, mould on tiles, mouldy smell in the hotel overall, in pillows as well. Breakfast options very poor & below average. Looks great in pictures, in reality tired resort in need of an upgrade. Resort build on a steep hill, not great for families with young children or prams. Not worth what we paid.

Smelly pillows tired resort
Hotel is in great location and you can walk to both beaches so thats a plus yes there is a steep hill but its a good work out! Now for the service they were all very polite and attentive and understood english enough to get by so it was helpful and didnt need translation. Now for the bad the resort is run down and in bad shape tiles missing everywhere on pool walls rooms were very well used and tired but still do able for price paid so not to much of a complaint there the real issue we had were with the mildew smelling pillows i think with so much humidity and ac not running and any moisture left in and pillows made for perfect area for mildew smell !! I notified front desk not sure if the believed me so i asked them to cone smell and they agreed it was bad i asked if they would sleep on them and they agreed it was bad! They did their best to accommodate but it was late and some of the pillows they brought had same problem maybe they just washed them but didn’t fully dry them not sure?? They cleaned room following day and made bo offer to compensate or change room but they did apologize. Overall ok stay if your ok with this being a tired resort but price was good so there's that.

I absolutely loved my time here! I extended my stay because I wanted extra time at the property and the staff was super helpful! They are all so warm and friendly, and incredibly helpful with organizing water taxis and snorkeling experiences! The location is fairly remote, being about 20 minutes from Tonsai Pier by water taxi, but if you’re looking for a quiet, clean, safe, beautiful spot, look no further this is the one. I will definitely be staying here next time I come back!

For the price, this place is unbeatable! Our room had a balcony with a mountain view on the highest floor, which was nice during the sunrise. The property itself boasts one pool (which technically is two pools, but right next to each other), but the nicer pools are located at Peach Villa its sister resort. The spa wasn't open when we tried to go. Further, there's a shuttle that connects Peach Blossom to Peach Villa (but it is a 5 to 10 minute walk from Peach Blossom's pool area). One slightly inconvenient thing is the large hill leading to Peach Blossom (which exists for other hotels like Peach Hill, and Novotel). During our stay, most of the time there was already another group waiting for the shuttle at the bottom and we were able to quickly hop on (so we never had to wait more than a few minutes). The food had a decent variety, a rotating amount of thai noodle and rice dishes as well as a standard egg station and either pancakes or french toast. There are also bread, fruit and cereal to choose from. When I passed by Peach Villa in the morning, it seemed like the breakfast selection was similar if not the same. I was under the impression that Peach Villa is the more "upscale" sister hotel, so I would go with Peach Villa next time if I had to choose between the two. With regards to convenience, there are plenty of places to eat nearby from the night market to westernized food options (although it leans more towards western).

When we arrived the Manager was friendly, after that he was not helpful & extremely rude.We paid for Breakfast with our booking and were refused it with massive negativity. We were placed in a room next to the lift, constant banging all night & day, mattresses were soiled with urine & blood. Fridge in the rooms were pathetic & inadequate! We had to stay due to all other hotels being booked out. Won;t stay ever again.

Excellent location just between the Kata and Karon beaches, free transfer to both. Very friendly staff, helps you any way possible. They have 3 pools around the area, free shuttle to those too.

Good & bad points!
Nice pool, spacious rooms & reasonable breakfast (although becomes predictable if staying for longer than a couple of nights) Reception let us down on a couple of occasions, we asked them to look at our Air-con (as it was loud & therefore difficult to sleep with it on & too hot without it) We therefore asked for a Fan to be delivered to our room... which never arrived plus they didn’t look at the Air-con either! We also asked for an ironing board & iron... which also never arrived! A couple of warnings... steep hill going up to the hotel & shuttle bus isn’t always available if you don’t fancy walking. Also, if you’re on the top floor the roof gets unusually loud with the storms (which were frequent ie: every night in Dec) So... our sleep quality was pretty poor for our entire stay unfortunately, not ideal when on vacation.

This Hotel is amazing !! Everything from the start to the end. Staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and very clean. The pool is amazing. You can have Breakfast lunch and dinner. The food is really good and well priced. Yes there is a bit of a hill to the hotel but it’s not a big deal. (Only about 100 m) in return you have an amazing view.

The hill going up to the hotel was awful. There are times you have to walk up the hill as the kart service was so terrible. The main halls and reception have no AC what so ever and when asking about it apparently they like the 'natural warm air'. This hotel is a 3 star is anything. The only good things about it is nice swimming pools and good breakfast. Checking out even took soo long as they want to search the room before you leave.

Great view and quiet stay
Quiet place with nice view, great service as well. Resort is up a steep hill but there is free transport up and down the hill. Some unpleasant thing is that the room I got had lots of ants at the sofa area and my items are manifested by ants, at night a staff keep knocking and forcibly try to open my room door as he got the wrong room, I thought someone is trying to break in. Please rmb to lock your room

The rooms were clean and comfortable but the overall condition of the hotel was poor. Quite a lot of maintenance was needed in hallways and elevators. They pools were great. Staff were great. We enjoyed our stay.

I always love the hotel . For me great location as close to kata beach and Karon beach . All I need just walked around . The hotel located on the hill and you need to gear up to climbed the road even if u drunk 😂. but dat best of it . I having fun there . The staff was lovely and room too was nice and comfy< cheap tho> . Surely I will returned again

Super disappointing breakfast. Not much food selection. Utensils for food is very old and spoilt. Chair and cushion at the restaurant are very dirty and with spider web. Villa condition is terrible!! Difference from what they show on website. No hot water!! Almost come everyday to fix it(Solution is to keep the water running for 10-15min to wait for the hot water) Staffs came into the Villa without notice, just come in with their spare key( when coming to fix the hot water) Pool in the villa is not very clean. The only merit point have to credit is to the reception staffs. (polite and helpful)

Nice people in the reception!!!!
Someone took the earings of my wife,from the room beside tv, and the room has some ant but in the toilet was much ant. The restaurant has some bird eating food while we seating there to had a breakfast,and it seems the plates was not clean, the bread has ant when they displayed. But the people who work there was nice to us and helpfull.
