This property hosts an optional New Year's Eve gala dinner for guests staying on December 31, 2024. Guests who wish to attend must book the gala dinner at least 7 days in advance. My partner and I stayed one night in the Seawater pool villa. The web check in could use a face lift. It was slightly confusing with getting to the Ao Po Grand Marina but the staff made the process smooth with the check in process. The staff were courteous and professional which made it welcoming on the island. There were not many variety of food options but overall 7.5/10 and payment for the food is billed when you check out which is a unique approach in comparison to other resorts. The layout of the island is carefully planned and what caught my eye was the waterfall and pool one of the center pieces of the resort. I would recommend to my friends and family if they travel to Phuket. The overall energy was relaxing and I could feel that from the other guests that they enjoyed their stay.

This is a very unique property. Five star in nature when it comes to accommodations, but unfortunately very disappointing relative to the food, which may be three star by western standards . The staff was excellent and overall our visit was good, but I would not return.

This was my second stay at the resort and it has lexceptionally beautiful surroundings but lacked eating options all the food is the same in the restaurants and it gets quite boring after 3-4 days of looking at the same menu with nothing much around. They didn’t divert from the menu. A perfect stay here would be around 3 days from my experience this time as it does get repetitive. The staff used to be extremely caring and helpful but at felt times they couldn’t be bothered. All the staff seemed young and lacked experience. I asked for a spoon from a waiter and he asked why I needed it. All in 6/10

I did not enjoy my stay at all! I came to visit and potentially have my wedding at this place. There were a few times when I did not feel comfortable here, but the situation at the restaurant was definitely the worst. I had scheduled a luxury dinner at the beach, and when we arrived, they expressed concern because my shoulders were not covered. I was confused because earlier in the day, I saw many people eating in the restaurant in swimsuits. They told me that because there were in a Muslim community, I wasn’t allowed to eat like that. I got very frustrated because I respect all cultures and religions, but there was no introduction or any information from the hotel informing us about this, nor were there any signs. Additionally, the AC in my room did not work. I couldn’t fall asleep at all, and although they let me sleep in a different room, it was already the middle of the night. The only thing that was absolutely lovely was the spa! However, you don’t have to stay at the resort to go to the spa!

The view of this property is beautiful. Not a lot of activities going on throughout the resort. When we arrived at the port, they took our luggage’s and 2 bags of gifts. We trust them to put our stuff together and not lose them. It turn out they lost our 2 bags of gifts, they found it later but delivered to a wrong room and eventually it got tossed away by the other guest or workers. We kept close communication with them through text and phone call but still resulted in losing our 2 bags of gifts. With some angry exchanges, they did eventually compensated us for our loses. This kind of ruined the mood for our first day at the resort.

Felt like I was living in paradise the entire staff was very welcoming and attentive to all my needs. A ton of options with their buffet style breakfast with a stunning ocean view. My only negative about the hotel , is that you are stuck on the island if you don’t get a boat transfer by 3 pm. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you want to feel relaxed and at peace with vivid sunset views

They didnt have many dining options and the available transport times to the main land was limited. Overall the place was beautiful but i wouldve prefer being able to do more during my stay.

Amazing resort
Amazing hotel in a perfect location. Great pools with a wonderful breakfast. The hotel restaurant is ok and there are a lot of mosquitos so make sure you have something for that. Amazing hotel for a quiet vacation. The hotel's speedboat is great. Highly recommended
