We had a great stay at Santhiya. The location was beautiful as was the room and restaurants. The pools were clean and not very busy (we visited begining of November). We didn't have to wait long for the drivers, even when there was a downpour! And if you ask in advance they always come on time. The spa was absolutely amazing! Yes the prices are higher than general for Thailand however still much cheaper than the UK. The price is reflected in the settings and service. We had a couple steam, body scrub and massage. We enjoyed all of it and would definitely recommend. The restaurants again were a bit pricier however it is worth remembering this is a resort so not unexpected. The restaurants and which menu you order from were a bit confusing however he staff were happy to help.

A beautiful resort with multiple restaurants, pools, entertainment options, loved the library cafe for a rainy afternoon. Food delicious and the staff are wonderful. Not as cheap as other places in Thailand for food/drinks but cheaper than Europe.

A wonderful oasis to relax. Loved the tropical landscaping and traditional build of the resort and because its spread out with two separate pools, the beautiful beach, several restaurants and lots of different areas to relax in, it never seemed full of people. Enjoyed using the resort library with books in so many languages to take out. We have to say all the Staff at the resort were absolutely outstanding, so happy, polite and friendly, every staff member greeted you so graciously every single time we passed in the resort or entered a building, they are a credit to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our 14 days at Santhiya Koh Yao Yai, for a complete relax and highly recommend it to escape the rat race.

The property is stunning. I cannot say enough good about how beautiful it is and how woderful the staff are. We felt like royalty while there. With that being said, i think there are areas for improvement. One of them being the check in process. It took forever. Another is the price of meals and other things at the resort. I realize they have a monopoly, but that's no excuse to charge extra just because they can. Those minor things would not deter us from staying there again though.

We absolutely loved staying here. It's such a beautiful resort. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Made us feel right at home since we arrived. The only down fall was that you need to get a water Taxi anytime you need to get off the island. It's only accessible by boat. So if you want to visit Puhket or any other island you need to get a water Taxi. But other then that, we had a great time. And really enjoyed our stay here.

My wife and I enjoyed our beautiful stay at Santhiya for our honeymoon! We opted for the Seawater view villa with the private pool and it was so so worth it. We also arrived to decorations on our bed reading “Happy Honeymoon”. The staff were really thoughtful and the views from the bedroom were jaw dropping. The food was incredible everywhere, so many options we spent a week there and went to all 3 buffets. On top of that you are spoilt for choice at the breakfast buffet. You will not go hungry! The gym was perfect and I also did 3 Muay Thai sessions. We enjoyed a massage on the beach, cocktails at the infinity pool at sunset and enjoyed the live music. I have nothing to complain about it was amazing. This is the ideal place if you want to completely switch off and relax. Can’t recommend enough!

Absolutely beautiful - water was so warm to swim-private pool was great- all the tours were excellent and the transport was uneventful and stress free! Food was amazing especially the breakfast! Staff was the best always happy and accommodating!

Picturesque tropical property nestled on a hill by the beach. Provides serene space for travellers looking to relax and rejuvenate away from Phuket and Krabi main beaches. The staff is very hospitable and friendly. Love the woodwork art in and around the resort.

Loved all the craftsmanship that has gone into making this resort unique and beautiful. The staff was great and we had a wonderful couple’s spa massage and Thai dinner on our wedding anniversary that was unforgettable!!! Loved staying here and hope to be back again soon! Let me not forget how incredible the sea views are from so many points of the resort!
