They say they have a stocked mini bar but in reality they only bring 2 bottle water, no computer stations they lied then wanted to charge me to print out 1 page at the front desk, they have a pool but u can only sit right in front of the pool all the other seats are for the pool bar guest but there were any guest at there bar, not allowed the drink your own water bottle by the pool what a joke. The balcony we couldn’t fit 2people with chairs. Bed hard as rocks ,Checked out and checked in right across the street

They checked us in a different terrible hotel
We got there and they checked us in a different hotel nearby called 'The Brothers Hotel' - not sure if it was normal or if they were just full that day. The Brothers Hotel was very disappointing. It was very dirty, dusty, pillows had stains, shower curtain with mould, balcony door was broken (couldn't lock it) and was overall really bad.

Pay a bit more
Friendly staff, but a bad hotel. While we stayed at this hotel we did not have hot water for 8 out of the 11 nights. They “clean” your room everyday but won’t change your sheets. Overall you get what you pay for if your looking to save money expect to lower you living standards. We ended up renting another suit across the street, there was not much of a price difference but wow the suits there were amazing. P.S. you must pay 500 baht for every guest you bring to your room

Misleading, bad hotel, not recommended
Accused of being a day late on arrival, they had not updated their system to reflect the booking change. Room smelt badly of sewage - we were told that its 'just the way it is' and to cover it with a cup. Bad handling of our room change, the receptionist did a great job to just be undermined by a very rude gentleman and then more complications when someone undermined him. When we were finally given a room key it was just tossed across the desk at us. No restaurant on site, its at another sister hotels location (possibly). The that we saw was a small buffet breakfast and the receptionist told us no english breakfast is served. No signage for the gym, billiards table or games room. Billiards table not in reception as advertised. NOT premium bedding! no pillow top matters as advertised and all bedding has stains and holes. There was insufficient warning to a planned power outage - two posters in the whole building, we were not warned during check in. No way of contacting hotel prior to check in, cannot book the airport shuttle as a result. We booked this hotel as it was listed as 'new' on booking.com reviews but it is the same old hotel under a different name. Very disappointed and we feel we were misled by the listing. 2000BHT deposit?! Thats £45! Thats a deposit for more than we paid for over a weeks stay, appalling! Piscine ne ressemblant pas du tout aux photos. hôtel et personnel en ruines et des fourmis partout dans la chambre. Une supposé amende de 2000bth "60 euros" vous est demandé si vous prennez des boissons a la piscine. Ne tombé par sur ce piège ne payé pas, faites comme moi. Partez et prenez un autre établissement.

Sekä esitteessä että "asiakkaan" kuvissa on siisti, hyvinhoidettu hotelli sekä uima-allasalue: nuo kuvat ovat varmaan valmistumisvuodelta 2010, sillä todellisuudessa paikka oli kulunut, likainen, rikkinäinen. Vuodevaatteet eivät olleet ensiluokkaisia vaan tahraisia ja reikäisiä: "siivous" käsitti roskisten tyhjennyksen ja pedin petaamisen. Lakanat vaihdettiin kerran viikossa. Uima-allasalueen varjopedit olivat rikkinäisiä ja käyttökelvottomia, osa aurinkotuoleista samoin. Allasbaari ei kunnosta päätellen ole ollut käytössä vuosiin. Kuitenkin alueelle oli kyltein kielletty tuomasta omia juomia ja ruokia. Henkilökunta vaikutti kyllästyneeltä, liekö stressaantuneita. Respa oli erittäin usein pitkiä jaksoja tyhjillään: emme jättäneet avaimia poistuessamme huoneista, koska avaimet olivat tiskin reunan takana kaikkien poimittavissa?! Lähtöämme varten olimme tilanneet respasta kuljetuksen jonka piti hakea meidät 08: kyyti tuli useiden tiedustelujen jälkeen puoli tuntia myöhässä - kentälläoloaikaa jäi niin naftisti, että piti valita syömisen ja taxfree-ostosten väliltä, molempia ei kerennyt. Sijainti oli aivan loistava, ja pelkän yöpymisen ja suihkun tarvitsevalle omatoimimatkaajalle paikka on ok, muuten kannattaa valita siistimmässä kunnossa oleva paikka.

They moved us to another hotel
When we arrived, after 2 pm, my friends and me were really tired and we just wanted a fast check in and some rest. This is not what we got. The receptionist was in a mess with papers and documents and after some minutes she explained us that we were supposed to be relocated to another hotel, since they had problems of overbooking. The manager, I assume, saw that we were getting pissed and he told us that we could just tell him if we liked the new hotel or not and he would move us to a better one. Therefore, the receptionist brought us to Happy Fish, another hotel really close and there we discovered that they didn’t have space for us for more that one night. Since we booked for 3 nights and we wanted to finally open our luggage without change hotel every day, we got super pissed and the receptionist got angry at us as well. The day after we got our room and they told us “we move you in our deluxe rooms”, as they were doing us a favor, but we BOOKED for SUPERIOR ROOMS. So they weren’t giving us something more. Just what we paid for. The room was ok, comfortable and big enough, the location was convenient and the breakfast was very simple but enough (tea coffee some salad and eggs). just the treatment we received was not the best.

First day we wait for check in about 15:00 because receptionist lady very rude +very bad+ never care for customers,, ı have been maybe 50 times in thailand but never seen like that bad staff ,, ı m asker her can we get room please she just said wait (( not mister- not sir-not welcome-)) if they give me 100 days free stay there never want to see them and never want to stay anyway if you want to bad wifi bad Waters in shower and really rude staff yourself choose but never recommended

sehr günstiges Hotel mit hohem Komfort
sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. sogar mehr Service incl. als beschrieben, z.B. kleiner Safe im Zimmer Zimmer-Reinigung jeden Tag. WIFI-Netz ohne Probleme. sogar Handtuchwechsel jeden Tag obwohl für meine Begriffe nur jeden 2. oder 3. Tag notwendig. viele Sachen habe ich nur wenig oder gar nicht benutzt, wie Swimmingpool, einwandfrei funktionierender Fernseher, Telefon am Zimmer. sehr günstiges Frühstück für 100 Baht mit allem was man braucht. Nachdem ein Transfer mit Minibus kurzfristig abgesagt wurde, habe ich von der Rezeptionistin innerhalb einer viertel Stunde ein Taxi zum Airport für 800 Baht bekommen. Ich verstehe die negativen Bewertungen nicht, die als Rezensionen im web existieren. Ich war bei weiten mehr zufrieden als ich erwartet hätte. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
