250-m² air-conditioned villa located in the heart of maquis shrubland, with an unobstructed view of one of the most beautiful gulfs of southern Corsica. The building consists of a central unit composed by a large living room/kitchen and two bedrooms. Two lateral units comprise 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa features a 300-m² tabebuia-wood terrace, an 11 x 4-m private and secured infinity pool (with outdoor shower), four 20-m² double bedrooms (160-cm beds), two 25-m² double bedrooms (160-cm beds), five bathrooms, and a hammam. An 88-m² living room/kitchen opens onto the swimming pool and a 10,000-m² ground is filled with wild olive trees and naturals essences. Five separate toilets. This stunning abode, nested in the heart of the Corsican maquis shrubland, overlooks the sea and the dry pond of Chevanu. Early birds preferring the salt water and the warmth of the Mediterranean wind rather than the swimming pool do not need a car for reaching the prettiest beach located only 600 m away.

Très belle propriété
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison! Très belle vue, beaucoup de place, belles chambres. J avais peur de la proximité des campings et en fait on n entend rien. Bien louer une voiture haute pour le chemin d accès un peu escarpé:)

Allee app. 400m est terrible. Toutes les voitures sont rayé par les branches autour de la route. Apres dans la maison plusieurs problem technique. Pour ce prix nous avons imaginé quelque chose de mieux. 700m la plage, ce n´est pas vrai. La plage c´est 1,6 - 2 Km.

Magnifique villa, avec une vue incroyable, piscine chauffée à notre arrivé. Attention, l’accès à la maison ce fait par un étroit chemin de terre très mal entretenu. Une forte odeur dans la climatisation nous a dérangé, mais Sylvie est rapidement intervenue pour régler ce problème. Nous n’avons pas trouvés de planche à découper et le balai en paille est à changer. Super séjour malgré deux jours de pluie.

Magnifique villa avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Sardaigne. Au calme dans le maquis corse. Tout y est pour passer un super moment, surtout si le soleil est au rendez-vous. Les pièces sont spacieuse. Bien équipées. Accueil au top par sylvie toujours au petit soin de ses hôtes. La piscine est chauffée et très agréable.
