Worst stay ever
Started off with a free shuttle to hotel which was messed up but didnt mind much as I was tired. Got to the hotel and checked and was directed to a room. My immediate thought was that the room was insecure as the door looked like it was fitted by a blind person with no hands. On entering the room I felt as though I was in a jail cell. No windows, wires hanging out the wall, a rotten cupboard and another Stevie Wonder door. On enquiry about the state of the room infound out that they advertise what is known as the deluxe room but actually place you in that dungeon looking room. At that point there was not much could do. The Ac worked so that was a bonus. The lady on reception was very apologetic so thank you but i will not recommend anyone staying there unless theres no other choice

The property itself was ok and the room was clean however I paid $100 for A room based on what was advertised but I feel like I was catfished. The advert said airport shuttle(free) however i needed to pay an additional $10 for the shuttle to return to the airport, it said food or restaurant available however that wasn't the case..as I was advised to purchase food at the airport because there wasn't any restaurants on the promises, the room wasn't as spacious as advertised and breakfast was unavailable unlike what was advertised also I had to pay for coffee. So overall I don't feel like I got value for money.

This property is not in good shape and needs serious renovations. I rented 2 rooms (1 single bed, 1 double bed) and was only able to use one because the room with double beds appears to be on the older side with a very old moldy smell. It has poor ventilation with the odors and condensation sticking in the room. Also the sliding bathroom door which is basically a sliding shower door was broken with no way to close for privacy between 2 individuals sharing a room. The room was poorly cleaned. The overall experience was terrible as there were no other accommodations or refunds offered due to the inconvenience. Especially since there were multiple individuals with respiratory issues who would be affected by the mold.

I selected this hotel based on the photos, but when I arrived, the room looked nothing like the photo. The wooden closet needs to be knocked out. It was horrible. The rooms need renovating. I see they are renovating the hotel so hopefully the rooms will be next. I was disappointed in the room. The only good thing I enjoyed was that the hotel was close to the airport and they offer free shuttle services to and from the airport.

There was renovation going on and no one care to say anything to the guest. Reception was terrible, poor communication. Had to pay $15us To go to Trincity Mall and East Gate Mall which was 15 mins away. Then you had to get back to the hotel on your own. Return trip by taxi $7. What a rip off. Tv not operating in the room. No shuttle service to airport at 5am . Ask to pay for shuttle service although it was advertised as free. Stay from 1st to 8th no room service for entire stay.
