This exquisite home is designed to impress with its sophisticated style, luxurious finishes, and picturesque surroundings, making it the perfect destination for creating memorable moments.
What we Love:
Location: Idyllically situated just minutes from Avoca Beach, Terrigal, and the best of the Central Coast.
Grounds: Set on 2.5 acres of established gardens featuring Japanese Maples and child-friendly lawns.
Main Residence:
Living Areas: Luxurious formal and informal living zones with high-end finishes, opening to a deluxe kitchen equipped with Miele appliances and a butler's pantry.
Alfresco Entertaining: Expansive terraces and sitting areas designed for grand gatherings, complete with a large pool.
Bedrooms: Five oversized bedrooms, each with wardrobes and picture windows. The master suite features an ensuite and custom walk-in robe. The lower level has four large bedrooms, while a loft bedroom upstairs doubles as a rumpus room with a bathroom, lounge, and TV.
Bathrooms: Palatial bathroom with a freestanding bath, Tasmanian oak vanity, and luxurious marble finishes.
