In the wooden-roofed verandas, The large gazebo and the terrace above the house, from which you can admire the medieval village of Pietraperzia and the ruins of its Castle, make Donna Caterina House a magical place from which to enjoy the landscapes of the Sicilian countryside and from which to experience the slow progress of time in the island way: reading, sunbathing, playing cards, contemplating the vegetation, sipping a good coffee. Spring break visit
The "issue" with such a welcoming home is that you have to chose between staying in the hamoc, or lying in a comfy chair and visiting the external beauties of Sicilia! Lucia's home is a perfect stay for people visiting the area: 25min from the Villa, 45min from the Valle dei templi, many beautiful views of the surrounding nature... The house is well equipped and furnished, and so lovely to stay in. Thank you again for the warm welcome and all the details, Lucia!
