This is the best property that I have ever stayed in in pigeon forge. Perfect location, walkable to so many places in pigeon forge. And extras such as free breakfast, coffee, lemonade, hot chocolate fruits available twenty four hours a day in the lobby. Loner fishing rods in some sports equipment

Quick getaway.
We always try and stay here. The staff are amazing! We were able to check in early. It is conveniently located to The Island, shopping and restaurants. No need to drive around.

This Hotel is a wonderful place. The staff are great. The pool and hot tub are nice and clean. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The music out side under the building with a Guitar player is great. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

I reserved this hotel due to its reviews and it did not disappoint at all! The front desk Randy was so nice and hospitable, and our room was clean and cool when we checked in. The property is clean, quiet with plenty of rocking chairs to sit and chat around a small fire. Thanks Arbors @ Island Landing for the great stay, I will be back!!

Great place.
Stayed 3 nights with our grandsons. Since this was a “grandsons trip” we were close to local places they would enjoy. Always clean and staff very friendly. Grands enjoyed the pool. The bathroom was renovated which was appreciated.
