Beautiful, comfortable and oh so quiet!
We got a room on the top floor at the end of the hallway so it so so peaceful. No one slamming doors or running down the hall, which is always a plus. Being a new hotel, they’re still working out some bugs. The breaker must have flipped the first night we were there and I called the front desk to tell them that the overhead lights, under bed lights and TV weren’t working. They offered to put us in another room but we were okay staying. The next day the TV was back on but the lights were still off which wasn’t a problem since there were small side lights. Check in was so easy. I would definitely stay again. Lights or no lights.

The room was clean and larger than most hotel rooms! It was very quiet too. The beds were comfortable and the black out blind made it extra cozy for sleeping! The whole property is very clean and esthetically pleasing! Great location!

Brand new property with a nice lobby and bar area. Rooms were spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Nice size bathroom, spacious shower typical of a hotel chain of this class. We chose this property for its newness and convenience which it delivered. However, no house keeping were available even after daily requests, only towels were changed out and trash emptied. This made a huge impact to the comfort of our stay for a family of 4 in one room staying multiple days. No housekeeping was not mentioned during booking or upon check-in. When I made requests I was told our room would be cleaned but never were. I find the cleaning standards need more work, upon check in the bathroom was not properly cleaned and floors were sticky.

The room was so clean and nice for a way better price than other area hotels! You could go half a mile one way and be at the Island, or 2 miles the other way and be at Dollywood. Great location. Will definitely be coming back!

This Hotel was Brand New (about 3 weeks old) when we stayed here, October 23-25, 2024. It was Wonderful! So clean, modern, smelled very nice and a friendly staff. The only thing we were disappointed in was that there are NO MICROWAVES in the rooms…you have to use the 1 microwave in the “hotel store” (LOBBY). This was very surprising to us and inconvenient. Please put Microwaves in each and every room. Thank you

We arrived on Saturday 10/12/24, everything looked new and clean. When I checked in Iwas given no instructions except they charge a 150.00 deposit and you will get it back when you check out. Our room was very clean( but the hotel is just a fews weeks old). The window black out curtain and sheer is power controlled and the blackout curtain wouldn't come down. The sheer was all the way down but doesn't block all the light out. We told them about this issue because we would have trouble sleeping with the light coming in. They tried to fix it but couldn't and stated there wasn't any available rooms to move us to. We came back to the hotel later that night after eating dinner and the lady said someone was coming tonight to fix it and we were like tonight( we were getting ready to go to bed as we were getting up early the next morning). So nobody came and we could hardly sleep all night with the light coming through the window. We got up the next morning and called downstairs and they said they might have a room to move us to, then we also let them know that there is gaps under the door going in the hallway and light shines right under the door. They did not have a room and we left and went to Dollywood and came back and they finally said they had a room to move us to. So we moved and slept so much better the next night. We didn't realize they do not come to your rooms unless you stay 4 nights to change trash and bring towels. We stayed 3 nights. Shower was great!

Very convenient for our stay. We requested a handicap room for my mother and an adjoining room for my daughter and when we arrived they said they couldn’t accommodate either request. This was booked and requested a month in advance. They put us all on separate floors. Unacceptable
