Pet Policy:
Up to 2 pets are allowed on the property, with a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay.

Sleeping Capacity:
The normal sleeping capacity is 10, but we allow up to 12 guests with an additional charge of $15 per night for the 11th and 12th guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person, per night.

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.
Supplies:
Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or additional needs beyond these initial supplies.

Smoking Policy:
A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.

Amazing home- very close to everything needed
The stay here was amazing and very comfortable. Some things were surprisingly wonderful. The home was well-stocked with supplies, much better than any other place we have stayed before. Honestly, this was one of the best places we have stayed during our visits to the area. We will add this to our list of places to return to. This home was almost perfect, and we would highly recommend it. Pros: • Amazing communication • Plenty of space • Trouble-free the whole visit. • Very clean • Yard and area were well groomed. • Snacks upon arrival 😊 • The list goes on and on. Cons: I don’t believe our family had any complaints to worry about. If I were to change anything about our stay or the home, it would be to update the main floor master bedroom bed and frame.

This was our second time. Back porch has several soft spots and was a concern. Need some basic cleaning detergent. Also the yard and landscaping needs trimming it hangs over drive and scratches cars over all enjoy location and plan on coming back

The house was nice and in a good location. It could use some updating on furniture, pots and pans. My one complaint is... when we arrived it was 45 degrees in the house, so to heat up faster we wanted to light fireplace but it didn't work. I contacted the property management and they said it didn't work. We were disappointed bc the listing says fireplace. It took the house several hours to warm up.

The bed sheets not clean, spider webs all over inside and outside.This would be ok for Husband and wife and 4 children. For the price just not what I was expecting.

Run From This Property
While the location is excellent. You will never speak with anyone that can help you, no one will return any calls. The house was minimally cleaned. When we complained that the upstairs BR sheets had not been cleaned and were covered in pet hair, human hair and actual dirt and sent photo evidence; Stevens Realty said they could not see it in the pics. All the girl said was the previous renters did not have a pet. Mercy. We washed the sheets that night. We asked for more towels in advance but due to the busyness of our schedule we ended up buying towels. The front porch light doesn't work, and the wood is slick, The ice maker nor fireplace do not work, however, they did not on my stay last year. So I was expecting that and I was expecting the shrubs not to be trimmed back from driveway, so no surprise. Clearly the cleaning crew was upset with us and said we broke a pot holder - and they needed a full damage deposit. However, we did not break the potholder that the cleaning staff said we did. I tried to pay the pet fee -however they do NOT charge you through VRBO - so you will never have a clear accounting of your charges nor will you speak with a human with authority it's a call center. I've gone above and beyond to reach a manager, no one will call us back. House is okay and in great location. Customer service is horrible. Run Away from this property if you need customer service.

Overall great house
house was very clean and spacious. Plenty to watch on the tvs. Ac worked great! There were water bottles and snacks left for us! Trash bags, dish liquid, dish washing tablets, some paper towels, and toilet paper all were left too! The bed sizes in the listing aren’t accurate to what is actually there but they were bigger so it worked out! The pots and pans were scarce and 2 had scratch marks on them so we didn’t use them. The ice maker didn’t work but bags of ice work just as well. We had trouble getting in at check in but a quick call to the office and they had us in in no time. Totally would stay again! It was a great location to get to the strip!

Couldn't get in at check in because of time zone difference with the property management. Had to clean up a mess when we first walked in from the refrigerator that had spilled out onto the floor. Oven was dirty, Bed linens obviously had not been washed and the place had not been cleaned well at all. Limbs piled up in the driveway. Overall, probably won't go back

Worst stay/property manager experience
As soon as we checked in there was an awful smell. Upon looking for the source we found rotten food in the cabinets. A rotten orange with black mold all over it left in the living room. Open creamers in the kitchen, and about 30 cockroaches covering the downstairs garage area and extra room. Not to mention the eyelashes stuck to the closet floor, a bathroom completely locked from entering a hallway and bathroom. I contacted the agent immediately and as asked to send pictures via text. I was then passed to another person to text them everything. I received no reply other than they were contacting the property manager. I had to follow up the following week, then the next week, then a month later, and a month after that. Apparently they were never able to contact the property manager. I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding my experience and it’s been 9 months. I will NEVER be booking with VRBO again, worst customer experience and poorest cleanliness standards I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. 0 out of 10, would not recommend this property or the dead beat property manager.

Needs some TLC
The best thing was the air conditioning! It was so nice to have good air on vacation. My only problem were some issues with house, and I voiced it in a text. I was asked to send photos. It needed more towels. Only 1 set per person. Need at least 2. The kitchen silverware was cheap and hardly any. 2 of the 3 pans were unusable. Someone had burnt food in them and left them a mess. Need better quality pots and pans to fix that. The front porch had a loose board at the top of the steps. Minor things with simple fix, if someone would do a thorough check, and spend a little money. Would make it so much better, in my opionion.

Run away! Dont stay here.
We arrived at the property to find that the code we were given for the property didn't work. We spent the next hour just trying to get a human on the phone. All of this while waiting in the ninety-degree heat. The place was filthy, and the furniture was cheap and in disrepair. The water in the shower had a stream the size of a pencil, so it was very difficult to get wet. The washer worked, but we came to find out that the dryer only worked when the door was slammed very hard. We didnt have enough towels and washcloths, but we eventually found a few in the kitchen cabinets. All in all a terrible experience.

Love the area and the place . But, only 5 bath towels is all we received. No kitchen no washcloths. Dishwasher not working. No outside chairs or table. No side tables in bedrooms. But made do and would probably revisit in this rental.

Property Management issues
I have rented thru VRBO for year’s and never had an issue. Rental location was great but we had problems getting into rental upon our arrival. We arrived after VRBO specified time and could not get lock to work. We had to make calls to get in after an 8 hour drive !! Very few pots and pans, ice maker broken, no extra blankets. Then the Rental hits my credit card twice for 200.00 the day after I arrived and then the day after I left ( for property damage ) More phone call had to be made to these property service to get this straightened out. It was all taken off but no one should have these issues when your trying to enjoy a much needed vacation to the mountains. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

Horrible Christmas Vacation experience
We arrived Christmas Eve to a freezing house, hot refrigerator with a broken ice maker, broken dishwasher, unusable pots, dirty glasses, filthy floors, towels covered in long hairs, carpeted steps that were covered in dirt and smelled like dog pee. I called management and they claimed they had pictures of the unit clean but would send someone on Sunday. We were scheduled for Dollywood and didn’t want to leave our dog in the house even though we always crate when we leave and a stranger enter. It would have taken hours to clean the house and it was impossible to fix all of the broken appliances in a day and we didn’t want to waste vacation time sitting in the house. This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. I took pictures to prove it. I ask for the $150 cleaning fee to be refunded and was denied. Total cost for 4 Nights $1800 plus. .
