WANT NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
AS WE WERE GOING TO OUR ROOM THERE WAS TRASH ON THE STAIRES CIG BUTTS, PAPER, DRINK BOTTLES ETC. WHEN WE GOT IN THE ROOM THE BATHROOM WAS COVERED IN BLACK MOLD GROWING ON THE WALLS OF THE SHOWER AND ON THE SHOWER HEAD THE FAUSLET. WAS NOT WASH CLOTHES NO COFFEE MAKER AND NO BREAKFAST

From the beginning this was a bad experience. Checking in the staff at front desk was rude. The room was absolutely nasty. No towels, no blankets, the room smelled so bad. The beds were dirty & stained. The refrigerator had meat packs and other items from previous guests. There was no continental breakfast like promised. The gym was inaccessible & so was the indoor pool. We will never stay here or for that matter any other property owned by Wyndham just because of this experience.

It says it has breakfast they don’t and say they haven’t in a long time.they said online that they had cribs and I even called before two different times and couldn’t ever get anyone to answer and had to wait 30min to check in because there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. And they also didn’t have hot water one night the pool was green with trash all in it worst hotel and trip I have ever had

Do not stay at this location. Wyndham needs to take their name off this building. Staff was completely unhelpful. Never there. They put a note on the lobby door In case of emergency call and then locked the lobby door. Room was very dirty, bathroom moldy with bugs in the bathtub and water stopped working, pool was green. There was no towels anywhere. In the morning, there was no breakfast and lobby door was still locked. Elevator was out of order so we had to carry our bags up The stairs for three floors . Property was very neglected, broken cement, broken windows. It totally seemed like something out of a movie. It was so awful. Absolutely nothing like what the Expedia picture showed. We canceled our reservation and went to a different hotel for the remainder our vacation

Horrible customer service, room smell bad, AC was not working on my room they didn’t offer me a different room the guy at the front desk had a bad attitude and just gave me a receipt of refund that it’s still not back on my credit card. Don’t stay here it’s not worth it.

Our stay ruined this hotel for us. The front desk clerk when we checked in barely acknowledged us. She was on the phone the entire time on a personal call. Then, she double charged me, and I'm still dealing with that issue. There were zero towels in the room and when I went to the front desk to ask for some, I was informed that wasn't any. I later saw the bathtub was dirty and didn't even want to shower anyway. The bed was broken down on one side. And the next morning, not just one, but TWO roaches crawled out from under the chair! The floor was dirty and in need of a good mopping. Very bad experience here. Will never stay here again.

We checked in at 3pm on Aug 30. And we paid and the guy behind the desk was rude and very unprofessional. We went to out room 118 and we walked in the smell of mold was in the air, I looked up and the ceiling was full of black mold. The bed was disgusting and dirty and bugs behind the toilet and one came crawling out of the shower curtain. So we demanded our money back and went somewhere else that was clean. This place was not!

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room had hard surface floors throughout and it had not been cleaned at all, it may have been swept very poorly but not mopped at all, it was coated in a dirty residue everywhere that felt sticky and slimy that left the bottom of your feet black if you walked barefoot on it. The nightstand hadn’t been wiped down and there was filth and a condensation ring from a cup on it. The wall mirror had not been cleaned and was covered in smears. The bathroom had been cleaned, poorly, and a dirty disposable cup had not been removed from the bathroom counter. There were clean sheets on the bed but no comforter/blanket, when I went down to the front desk/office to get one I waited for fifteen minutes, even calling the front desk and listening to the phone next to me ring unanswered for 15 minutes! I finally started down the hallways in the front office area and found the laundry room opened the unlocked door and went in and got my own blanket. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water out of it, there was no toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom just a hole in the wall where there used to be one. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was rusted out and broken. The inside of the refrigerator was filthy, the inside of the microwave was filthy, the walls were stained and dirty, and lastly the bedskirt on the bed was disgusting and coated in filth, you could tell it had not been laundered maybe ever. I will be contacting Howard Johnson

The room was dirty. No towels! Fridge dirty and not cleaned. Musty smell and possible black mold issues in bathroom and ceilings. The pool in need of maintenance. Spoke with multiple guests with similar issues. Overall dissatisfied. Although close to attractions, I would rather drive and pay more next time.

The front clerk was cold and rude.The general manager & assistant manager are unprofessional and liars.No where on their website or third party partners platforms or entrance door.They don't disclose their made up policy that they discriminate toward individuals that live in local counties near their establishment.I tried to check-in and I was told rudely and dismissively that I could not be checked-in because my driver's license is from Knox county; local Tennessee residents. They wouldn't answer my question about this policy. The assistant manager came up to my car yelling at me asking what is the problem. She wouldn't stop yelling at me saying they do not have to disclose that policy anywhere; while she was yelling that response to me her fake teeth almost fell off to the floor. The general manager called me and kept yelling at me repeating the same thing, while I kept telling her that I double checked the hotel's website and third party partners platforms and there is no record of that made-up policy. I also kept asking if she would provide me with a full refund. I then heard in the background a dog barking and a kid screaming.She then said, in which I caught her saying a lie, by her saying she has nothing to do with the refund. The third party partners agent told me that he called the front desk clerk and she wouldn't address his request for a full refund. He then mentioned that he will escalate this issue and file a claim against the hotel.
