Daytime delight.
This yurt was very nice but do not arrive after dark. The road up to the yurt had no lights and no guardrails and very steep drop-offs at times. Then the elevated parking space had no railing to keep you from falling off There or off the walkway over to these k.

Great Getaway for Dollywood

Raz Beary
My husband and I enjoyed our time at Raz Beary. The yurt was perfect for our couples getaway––not too big, not too small. It was clean, cozy, and the manager was very responsive. We particularly loved the firm mattress on the bed, as most rentals feature soft, back-crippling mattresses. This is not the place for you if you want a quiet woodland retreat; it's situated above Dollywood and you'll hear screams and the train whistle. It IS the place for you if you're going to Pigeon Forge to be part of the action (and who isn't?) If you time it right you can watch Dollywood's fireworks up close from your hot tub! The yurt's location was unbeatable––super close to everywhere we wanted to go (coffee, dinner, shopping, Patriot Park). I don't think we were ever in the car more than three minutes. I recommend Raz Beary and would stay again.

Quiet Retreat
I enjoyed my stay and have already rebooked for next year. The yurt was my first experience glamping, and I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. The only routine noise was from the Dollywood Express. Hearing the train’s steam whistle added to the experience, as did watching the fireworks every night from my deck. My only wish is that there was a privacy screen around the hot tub. It felt awkward to sit out in my bathing suit in very plain view of the large cabin next door.

Perfect Weekend Get Away
We loved the location and just about everything about the property! The one thing I wasn’t a huge fan of, but we weren’t in the yurt long enough during the day to be upset with, is that you can hear the train from Dollywood going by pretty often with the horn going off. You can see the fireworks from Dollywood which was nice to watch from the hot tub every night. We drive a pretty big suv which was kinda hard to park in the small parking spot, we stuck out in the road but it’s not super busy back there so it was fine.

My husband & I had a fantastic time during our Yurt stay. When we booked, we were alittle hesitant just because we never stayed in an Yurt before. My husband kept saying, what is a yurt again? Where do you have me good? Hahaha When we arrived he just kept telling me how impressed he was with the location. We absolutely loved it and will likely stay here every time year we come down. The whole process was great! We have shared pics and told everyone how cool it was. Now all our friends want to come stay. BOOK THE YURT YALL!

Awesome getaway.
We loved our stay with the My Smoky Rentals team. My partner and I were in town for a wedding, and we wanted to stay in a quiet area to enjoy the beautiful scenery and have a relaxing vacation. Loved being so close to great tourist areas within Pigeon Forge as well as down the road in Gatlinburg. The hot tub and private deck were a major plus for us, and we greatly enjoyed those items each day. The check in and check out process were very thoroughly laid out and were very easy to follow. Would highly recommend staying here again.

Such a wonderful place
The yurt we rented for the week was absolutely gorgeous inside, and so cozy and clean! The property managers were awesome and answered any questions we had pretty much right away! The hot tub was so relaxing and it the yurt itself is set back in the woods a bit but still super easy to access from the main road. We were able to relax but also get up and go adventure without having to drive to far if we wanted! Overall this place was amazing and we will be staying with my smoky rentals from now on anytime we come back to pigeon forge! 10/10 Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect getaway
Never stayed in a Yurt before, but this one is clearly top notch! Lovely, clean interior. Very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The water pressure was good, especially considering the elevation. The hot tub was very relaxing. The yurt was closer to the other other properties than I expected, but there was no issues. Very close to downtown Pigeon Forge, grocery stores, and Dollywood. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. Very close to the Island and all the attractions. Super clean and neighborhood was very quiet and we saw some deer and plenty of squirrels. Owner communicated with me very well and check in was a breeze. Will definitely be using this place again on our next trip and we’ve told several of our friends about it as well.

Need more entertainment. So many conventions rooms empty, they should open more restaurants, a movie theater for guests, a nightclub for guests. We used to come around 3 o 4 times a year and is getting really boring. They need to clean stairs for slides. The jacuzzis by the pool that was for only adults, smells strong to pee. Now they are cash less, I had a problem with my credit card exactly the day we arrived it got a fraudulent alert, and we had to cancel it, we were screw, because they don’t take cash anymore. They rent areas of the hotel for Indian marriages, so areas were restricted, so less areas to enjoy. We had to call every day to get our room clean, why do we have to deal with this stress? Because the stay is not that cheap, they charge good money per night, so guests need to get same quality.

Yurt Experience
Only thing that would help is a sign. Our GPS kept saying had reached destination but we couldn’t see anything. Went up and down road several times before just going up the road to see. Everything else was great.
