Summary:
If you are looking for hiking trails, shopping, arcades, shows, restaurants or peace and quiet with river views then you will love staying here. It's great for 1-4 people (1 king bed, 1 queen bed). Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo conveniently located just off the parkway in Pigeon Forge. This condo has everything you need to have a great vacation in the Smokies you won't be disappointed.

The Space:
The condo is super spacious with a living area, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Right on the Little Pigeon River.

The living area features a reclining sofa and rocking chair, a big screen tv with cable television and fireplace. The dining area has a contemporary table with seating for 4.

The kitchen is fully equipped along with a Keurig for coffee service and ice maker. There is also a microwave, dishwasher, and stove for your convenience.

The bedrooms both have cable TVs and private bathrooms. The master bathroom has a stackable washer and dryer.

There is an oversized just above ground level balcony with a table and seating for enjoying the river views.

Our goal is to provide a 5-star experience for you and your guests.

All guests have 100% private access to the property. There is parking available on the side and in front of the property.

River Cottage stands a mere block away from the bustling parkway in Pigeon Forge, conveniently nestled between traffic lights number 5 and 6.

Pigeon Forge has continually evolved since 2019, offering a rich array of attractions. Established favorites like Dolly's Pirate Voyage and The National Enquirer Live Museum now share the spotlight with newer additions such as an adventure park near Paula Deen's LumberJack Square at traffic light #3. Dollywood's impressive Wildwood Grove expansion remains a must-visit, and for those seeking contemporary flavors, Downtown Flavortown at the Mountain Mile on Teaster Lane is not to be missed.

Whether you're returning or visiting for the first time, Pigeon Forge promises an array of exciting experiences and cherished memories at every corner.

Getting Around:
The condo is conveniently located to everything and is easily accessible.

FYI, the trolley rates have gone up to a whopping $2.50 a ride for Dollywood/Splash Country and a $1.00 anywhere else or you can buy a day pass $3.00.

Other Things to Note:
Access to 'River Cottage' is via a door code. Before your arrival, we'll send you this code, accompanied by a link to our Rental Agreement. Ensure you e-sign the agreement in advance for a smooth check-in.

Interaction with Guests:
99% of the time my wife and I are available to our guests to handle any need. We only live a short drive away from Pigeon Forge and we also have several resources in the area to meet any need that may arise.
Our customers tell us they enjoy this condo's walkable location. During your stay, you'll be within walking distance of LeConte Center at Pigeon Forge. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the condo.

Christmas Vacation
My family and I had an excellent trip to pigeon Forge for Christmas. The condo was just as described and communication with management was excellent. Highly recommend this unit, and the location is also wonderful. Very close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and things to do!

Great Accommodations and Great Location
Very nice condo with excellent location in Pigeon Forge. Spacious, well appointed decor and amenities. Nice spacious level parking, well lit at night. Multiple avenues to enter and exit property is nice during high traffic times. Location is convenient to multiple restaurants and shopping. Communication with owner was excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever. Will definitely look for this property again for my next visit.

Great location to get to Dollywood easily. We loved having a kitchen with separate bedrooms / baths. Great views of the Winterfest lights. Clean and was adorably decorated for the holidays. Anthony was a dream to communicate with!

Great place to stay
The unit was very cozy and homey. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. It was extremely clean and laid out very well. Easy access to the parkway. I loved sitting on the patio and watching the geese and ducks. I had a question and texted Anthony and received an immediate reply. The only down side was the hard mattress. I will definitely be staying here again! I highly recommend!

Awesome 2-bedroom condo and conveniently located near LeConte and The Island in Pigeon Forge. Communication from rental management was excellent. Layout was perfect for 4 people. Everything worked great. Supplied coffee pods, washer pod and toiletries was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the geese and ducks.

Great Location!
This is our second time staying at this property and everything was great again this time! The ducks and geese are a big hit with my 2 year old and will be waiting for you outside every morning! This condo exceeded all of our expectations. Very clean and comfortable for our visit with family. After only being there for a few hours we were texting our daughters to tell them of our new go to place to stay when we visit pigeon forge, which is several times a year.

Quiet location on the river
This condo is very nicely decorated in a nice mountain theme. Plenty of room with a nice living room, kitchen, 2 bedroom. 2 bathroom and a nice back patio. The 2 bedrooms are separated by the bathrooms and kitchen giving plenty of privacy. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and small appliances. 2 types of coffee pots, toaster, blender, etc. Basic supplies such as paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. were provided as well as bedding, extra pillows and blankets and towels. The back deck overlooks the river. We saw racoons, squirrels, ducks, Geese, and lots of other birds. Be sure to bring snacks for the birds, they loved cheerios (plain) and bananas. The complex has a pool for relaxing on a hot day. If you plan on swimming, you might want to bring beach towels. Anthony was a great host and sent friendly messages throughout the stay and gave contact information if we needed to reach him.

River Place 106 was a block off of the main parkway with access to a traffic light to climb on and off with ease. The first floor condo was perfect for my 80 yr old mother. The condo was cute, very clean, and had everything we needed. The owner communicated well throughout the process. I would highly recommend!

Hidden Gem
My mom and I had a wonderful experience staying at this little hidden gem. Mom is exceptionally picky about where she stays and this one, my mom gave it 110%! It's ADORABLE and has EVERYTHING you'd ever want! It's super convenient and for us, we LOVED having the river at our back door (literally). Lastly, Anthony was extremely communicative and helpful. I'd definitely stay again!

This was a great condo if you are looking for a place to stay with 4 people. Perfect for location. It was very clean. The charging station on each nightstand was a plus. We always bring fans since we are used to listening to our fans. The main bedroom you may hear the geese/ducks if you go to be early because the condo does sit by a stream. But it was not a problem for us. The Christmas tree was cute in the livingroom and was a nice added touch as well as we are coming into the holiday season. TV's work great as well. I would highly recommend this condo.

We loved our stay! Everything was clean, well kept and located close to everything. The owner was extremely helpful both before and during our stay, answering questions within just a few minutes.
