We loved the location and the place was clean. The bedding is rough and the pillows were flat. I would suggest bringing your own pillow. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again. Very family friendly. Loved the pools and hot tub. I read a review that stated the place had noise from the road but we did not have that issue and we were on the road side of our building.

The room was fantastic . Building 4, 429. Much like a small version of home which was very welcome. Lack of resturant on site was a negative but understandable considering all the places to go in close proximity. Overall a great stay.

Fall trip to Great Smokey
The 3-bedroom riverside cabin is located in a very peaceful and private area just a few block away from Parkway, spacious rooms, a cozy living room and a full kitchen. The cabin is super clean inside. A lovely sitting area at the front yard looks over the river. We had a great time with our stay here and look forward to next time!

My kids absolutely loved the lazy river. Pigeon forge itself sucks as a whole, but this hotel is close to Dollywood, easily accessable, and family friendly. The 3 bedroom suite with kitchen was amazing for a family of 8. We will be coming back.

Lazy river and jump pad a big hit with kids. Option of pool and or lazy river. Full kitchen a plus so eating out is optional. Convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We didn't use Trolley, but it does stop there. Walmart and grocery stores nearby.

Overall a good place. Light bulbs were burnt out in the bathroom. Very noisy traffic. Don’t count on the pull out. It’s not even a mattress. It’s 3 pieces of the couch. Should not be advertised.

I had a very restful stay which was the purpose of the trip. I would very much like to stay again for longer to enjoy more of the amenities on site. The staff was very friendly and professional. I had a short wait while my room was being confirmed ready, but it was worth the wait. The room was very clean and sufficiently stocked. The check out process was easy.
