Great resort, but uncomfortable furnishings and dirty!

The resort is amazing! However this unit has old springy mattresses, old broken down couch, and worn out dinning chairs. It also wasn’t the cleanest, there was mold on the caulking between tub and tile in the second bath and they clearly didn’t pick up the rugs when sweeping/mopping (if it was even done) as there is a makeup lid under one of the bathroom rugs (we left it where it laid). There was also dirt in the corners of rooms and dust on top of lights, mirrors, and towel hangers. The property manager was very responsive before we arrived and answered all our questions. It was nicely decorated for the holiday and had plenty of stuff in the kitchen too be able to cook. Due the Christmas holiday we chose not to contact the host and just vacuumed the floors our self. With new furniture/mattresses and more attention to the cleaning this would be an amazing unit.

A Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this place! The amenities were so well cared for and I was so surprised how warm the lazy river was for November. This place was very close to Dollywood and the kitchen had everything you need except for spices/coffee filters. The place was very clean and the room was spacious. We will definitely be back.

Great location in Pigeon Forge!

This is a great condo in Pigeon Forge! We just stayed here for a week. The condo is on the top floor and very spacious. There are 2 elevators so you do not need to take the stairs. The balcony overlooks a river and it was very peaceful to sit outside. My husband and I brought our 2 teens and they each had their own room and a bathroom to share. The master has a spacious bathroom with a shower, big bathtub and walk in closet. It also has access to the balcony. The resort itself is very well maintained and quiet. We did not utilize the lazy river while we were there but it looked very nice and clean. The staff at the resort is very helpful. You do need to check in when you arrive to get key cards to access the amenities and a parking pass. We arrived late at night but the resort is staffed 24/7 so checking in was not an issue. There is plenty of parking so if you are getting back from Dollywood or a dinner show late you do not have to worry about finding a space. The condo is centrally located. Dollywood is about a 5 minute drive, you can see the Dolly Stampede right across the river and Gatlinburg is about a 15 minute drive. There are plenty of restaurants near the resort and a Food City right down the street. You do need to take out your trash as with any VRBO but there is a trash room next to the elevators so you do not need to haul your trash downstairs. We really enjoyed staying here and will stay again next time we come to Pigeon Forge.

Girls Weekend

Love Riverstone Resort. The condo and property was perfect for our weekend trip. The location is fantastic as you are off the main strip but so close to Dollywood, The Old Mill and Dixie Stampede. The kids loved the lazy river pool. Definitely will go back.

Nice condo

We were very comfortable in this condo and enjoyed our stay. The property owner was easy to communicate with. Our 4 yo grandson loved the lazy river and jump pad which are very close to the condo. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable.

Great spot for families

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids under 5) and another family (2 adults, 1 kid under 5) stayed here for a week while visiting the Smoky Mtns and it was wonderful! Plenty of room in the condo plus awesome amenities for us/kids to enjoy. Nearby restaurants, close to the NP entrance, and right down the road from Dollywood. We had a great vacation!

Fabulous Condo!

The condo was absolutely wonderful! It was very spacious to hold my big family, it was beautiful and in a great location! We was close to everything but still felt like we was secluded! The elevators were fast and the indoor pool and lazy river was great! I highly recommend this place!

The best by far place we have ever stayed at in pigeon Forge or gatlinburg

The condo was excellent. The location was great. The rooms were clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. It had adequate seating for everyone. The lazy river, swimming pool and hot tub were nice, especially the lazy river. Everyone in my family was very pleased with this place. We will most definitely make this place a top priority of places to come back to. Thanks to everyone who made this trip so great.

Great Week

We enjoyed our stay at Riverstone. We were there for baseball so it was a great location for Cal Ripkin and close to Dollywood and other activities. I didn't love the fact that the resort had no restaurant or concessions type options. We did expect that being that it was a resort but that was not the case. The room was great, clean and overall met our needs for what we needed. We have a family of 5 and slept comfortably.

Amazing First Stay in Pigeon Forge

After such an amazing stay at this beautiful condo, we’re already talking about when we can plan our next trip! My family had never been in the area so we didn’t know what to expect— it ended up being one of our favorite vacations ever. Awesome, as usual!

The River Stone does not disappoint. The grounds are immaculately kept, very clean and well managed. Our unit (464), which is privately owned, was nothing but spectacular. The unit was clean and very well stocked with amenities. Early mornings on the balcony, drinking coffee and listening to the flow of the Little Pigeon River were very relaxing. The kids loved the lazy river and the indoor pool both. A full line of spa services that unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy, the grandkids kept us to busy. We'll definitely be back for a 3rd visit, just my wife and I, so she can take advantage of the spa services. I highly recommend the River Stone Spa and Resort.
