The ups and downs
We stayed for a couple of days. It was beautifully remodeled so it looks great and updated. My only 3 complaints are that the fridge makes a lot of noise, especially at night when you’re trying to sleep. The bed also makes some loud noises but not all the time. Lastly you can hear everything going on outside, especially people driving by. But overall it was a great stay. If you’re not easily annoyed by noises, it’s doable. The fridge was the noisiest one, but it’s okay. I liked my stay and enjoyed it

Rooms at this room are really good for the price. The staff were very nice during our stay and the small breakfast offerings in the lobby were a nice surprise. Our room was clean, but don't go in expecting the most glamorous rooms. This hotel is in a very convenient location and I definitely would stay here again when on a budget.

We stayed here for the first time and the staff was absolutely wonderful The room was clean they inspect before you even stay to make sure it is clean anytime we need it anything they were very helpful we would stay here again with no problem at all

Good place to stay in Pidgeon Forge
Good location toward the end of the strip to avoid some of the craziness of Pidgeon Forge. It's been so long since I have been to Pidgeon Forge that I was surprised at the similarities to I-Drive Orlando or Vegas. Not my cup of tea, but the hotel was great and the office manager was super friendly

I stayed one night and checked out. At first glance, the room was clean. However, I found four cockroaches and asked for a full refund. I was refunded for my second night. After the hassle of having to spray my things and thoroughly clean my items for fear of bringing the roaches into my house, I should have been fully refunded.

Excellent stop for going to smokie mountain and surrounding area. Really nice eating places nearby. Room clean, hardwood floors which I love. Breakfast not worth putting on by hotel, a pre package bun. Coffee tea in room, fridge and microwave which was excellent.

Very clean. Right on parkway. The only thing we didn't like was the pillows, we forgot to bring our own, theirs was uncomfortable, and there was no where to hang clothes, other than that, it was great
