Don't know how its rated so high
Toilet didnt flush. Maintenance came, still didn't function properly. Guest service staff was rude and acted put out. Bed was horrible, pillows were either hard lopsided or old and lumpy. Room was dated, old fixtures. Floor didn't seem swept in days. There was an envelope with housekeeper note basically asking for tips. Presumptuous. She only made our bed once in 4 days. Lastly, looks like hotel but don't get fooled, bad motel. Only positive is it's walking distance to The Island.

Main door handle inside was broken, bathroom shower spicket was wobbly. When I move the ottoman, chips was there from a previous renter. Otherwise the staff was amazing!! Excellent customer service!! The housekeeper was great also, we locked ourselves out, and she was super kind, quite but kind to open the door for us. Seating in the front patio but directly in front of our room.

Not much to expect about a motel looking property. Dirty, questionable stains everywhere. No amenities. Breakfast was nonexistent. Customer service was “ok”. Only booked this as a last minute emergency for one night’s sleep. That’s all. Good thing it was a very convenient location.

The staff tried to get me to pay an additional fee after I had checked out and already left the facilities. They tried to explain to me that the pet fee was not included as part of my initial stay however, it was never discussed with me that there was a pet fee per Expedia.
