Cher Client, nous regrettons que vous n' avez passé une belle vacance. En signalant à la réception votre insatisfaction de la chambre, vous auriez pu proposer un changement de chambre. Il n’y a pas de chambre humide, sont toutes bien ensoleillées, l' hôtel dispose de 175 chambres et nous aurions certainement trouvé une autre chambre mieux adapté à vos préférences. La literie des chambres est fourni en location, en cas de dommages est remplacé par l’entreprise immédiatement parce que nous tenons à donner une excellente qualité. Le buffet du petit déjeuner offre une grande variété de desserts et de produits salés, plats chauds, charcuterie variée, fruits frais et légumes: pour tout besoin alimentaire ou pour tout manque sur le buffet, le personnel du restaurant est disponible. Le personnel et la direction sont engagés à donner un bon service aux clients, en renouvelant l’offre et en améliorant les services chaque année, nous regrettons que nous n’avons pas réussi à vous faire passer de bonnes vacances. Nous ésperons de pouvoir vous accueillir encore chez nous.
