Didn’t see or speak to any staff at the hotel. Key was on the bench at reception when we arrived.
Room was nice and clean. You could hear other people talking and walking down the halls. Very affordable.
Good location. (:
Hotel cancelled booking on day of arrival. Did not inform us. Sold room to someone else. We arrived 3 young children in tow to a shrug of the shoulders from a most unhelpful woman on reception. This hotel should be avoided at all costs and removed from Hotels.com. They cannot be trusted.
The location was good, not far from the train. Service was adequate, meaning they gave us a key and that was abut it. There was no wifi in the apartment. We asked about it and the guy said he didn't know why it wasn't working. There was an enormous kitchen, but an extra fee to use and it was completely empty of kitchen stuff. Also, no coffee. Front desk not staffed during posted hours. I will say the place was impeccably clean.

Good location and budget hotel for an economic price
Very nice property, neat and clean. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Around 15 minutes walk to the tower of Pisa, 5 minutes walk to the shopping market. 5 minutes walk from the Pisa central station. Overall we enjoyed staying here.

The air conditioner did not work well. Blew warmish air
The property was clean and nicely decorated, however the walls were very thin, the light in the hallway outside the room was somewhat annoying since there was an area above the threshold with a frosted window which allowed light into the room and was pretty disruptive when trying to sleep, along with the voices you could clearly hear from the room next door.

No comforts - very basic !
Close to train station- that’s the only reason I chose it for our one night stay. We were taken to an apartment across the road from the actual hotel - beds were very uncomfortable, bathroom was very small (didn’t dare to use the shower!) flooring was terrible. Only spent time sleeping there and couldn’t wait to get out !
Hotel charged me before my stay started (as per the booking agreement) and then charged me AFTER I had checked in and AFTER I showed the receptionist my original charge. Took a week of phone calls and emails to get hotels.com (surprisingly not the hotel itself) to refund my card.
The receptionist speaks quite good English until something goes wrong, then she suddenly knows no English.
The room itself was quite adequate.

Would be a great place after some improvements
Great location to visit Pisa. Even very clean, our room had some broken elements to fix. The reading lights on both sides of the bed were not working. The air conditioning was totally dead, therefore we had to keep the windows opened during the night. As there was no insect net, many mosquitos were staying in the room, turning around our heads when we were trying to sleep, and bitting us many times during the night. Finally, the sound isolation between rooms was ok but not with the corridor. We were awaken by any move or conversation during the night.
Also, as check out was in the morning and our train late afternoon, the staff kindly agreed to keep our big luggage. However, we realized that they did let it in the corridor (not in a locked and safe area), and nobody asked if it was ours when we took it back (letting us think that anybody with bad intention could have taken it).
You get what you pay for, basically.
Pro’s - Room small & basic, but clean & the bed is firm but comfortable enough. Reception staff excellent, good English. Easy walk to central station in one direction, cathedral & tower in the other.
Cons - Bathroom tiny, & my shower varied between a lukewarm or cold trickle, & no water at all - my husband’s however, was fine. Water flow obviously depends on who else is showering at the same time.
Air conditioning is not available until June, and as the room was quite stuffy it meant opening the window onto a very noisy courtyard.
Good location but to be honest, this place is not a hotel. No kettle, extra small toilet. The staff not really friendly yet still being helpful. Okay to stay for one night
I thought it was a hotel but ended up being a service apartment outside. The best was the location, friendly staff and the large room but the bathroom was very disappointing. It could barely fit a kid let alone an adult.
This was a great hotel for having a clean, comfortable, safe place to stay. The person who checked us was great at getting us oriented, recommending a place to eat and a place to go running.
