I had a great time and the staff was nice. I wish they had actual cutlery and actual glassware. Seems like maybe the business isn't doing great financially based on the lack of a restaurant, cutlery, and room service. I still had fun.

Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We had a 1st floor room and it had been renovated, room I saw on the 3rd floor hadn’t been. Sharma on the desk was so accommodating getting us the right room as my husband was having surgery so couldn’t walk far. Breakfast was pretty good. Advertised as a heated pool however it’s still seasonal so wasn’t open.
