The toilet ran none stop, the air conditioning did not cool properly, the phone didn’t work, the mattress was uncomfortable. We came in late, put our leftovers in the refrigerator and went to bed. When we got awake the next morning we noticed the refrigerator was not cold. Turns out in was never plugged in. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating but we will not be back.

The water was extremely hot that it melted my water bottle. The bathroom tub and shower was dirty. Housekeeper took towels but never replenished. Staff was very kind, atmosphere was nice but probably short staffed.

A clean room with clean linens is elementary and a reasonable expectation. Unfortunately cannot recommend this location beyond if the cost matches your budget then take a chance. Work out area with working AC, working equipment and towels are also elementary. This location has aspects that need to be upgraded for the nightly price charged.

I stayed one nights got as I was passing through Pittsburgh and all hotels were booked this one was the only one open. It was over 300 a night. The lock of the room door was broken, the balcony and window were open and shades closed… very strange.i asked for the room to be changed and the hotel was booked. I placed the chairs on the door and did not sleep a wink.

Our room was nice and clean but the bed was too hard and the sink facet was too short that you can barely get your hands under it to rinse them off.I also did not like the fact that we were told the pool closed at 9pm and that it was really open until 10pm and that the quests in pool were being really loud and abnoxious and had to call front desk to solve issue. You need to update pool hrs on sign in pool and post signs at bar area on second level telling guests to be respectful as to noise levels after 10pm.

The hotel was old and run down the beds are so small. We had to get a different room because the ac didn’t work. The drain didn’t work in the second room. Will not be returning
