Property has amazing access to the city and allows you to walk to nearly anywhere downtown. The rooms were spacious, the employee in the lobby worked with me to get an early check in. Overall excellent experience.

Very nice place, spacious, amazing view. My only complaints are no curtains in windows which brightens up the place early and the pullout bed was dusty and had dog hair in it. Otherwise we really like the place and will stay again.

BEST place I've stayed in Pgh
This was one of the most amazing places I've stayed in the city and very affordable! Full kitchen, beautiful views, convenient location a block off Market Square, and awesome roof top amenities.

The people next to me who stayed with beyond noisy until all hours of the night. The person at the front desk was barely there and when he was he was sleeping. I also had an incident where I told me I couldn't stand on the lobby while there's chairs sitting there and they said I wasn't allowed to sit there and wait for my food to come. I had to argue with a guy and he finally let me wait for the food that was being ordered. Wanted to be some kind of tough guy with me till I stood up and then he backed off but of course my former NFL football player so his reality had to come to full circle. Get better people staying there and get better people working for you as my suggestion to that place.

Front desk did not offer anything above bare minimum they needed to do..did not ask about our stay when we checked out and did not advise about the area. The parking is atrocious and dangerous! The spots are tight and the ramps are made for mopeds and not suvs or even medium sized cars. Scary!!
