2nd time visitor. Love Fairmont Pittsburgh.
This was our 2nd stay at the Fairmont Pittsburgh and our experience was top notch both times. From the moment we arrived until it was time to go, the wonderful staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, well maintained and the views were nice. Can’t wait to visit again.

Not your typical Fairmont experience. Nothing classy or upscale in this stay, with the exception of our decent city view. The room was a king and very small. Use of services was very unclear. No clear offer of room service and we couldn’t tell if the water was even complimentary. All in all, not bad, but not your Fairmont stay.
