Nice property, but could use some sound dampening.
Friendly, helpful staff, impressive amenities, great breakfast, but the walls and especially ceiling were on the thin side. Every step the guests above me took reverberated ridiculously through my room - to the point of waking me up at 2 a.m. the first night of my stay. Similarly, footsteps in the hallway outside my room were loud and intrusive. Other than this, I have only praise for this property.

Room was spotless and comfortable. The fitness area was nice too. I think the one treadmill was busted because it only went as fast as 1 mile per hour but I just switched to a different treadmill and it worked fine.

Mostly good. Carpet in hall needs cleaning or replacing. Shower looked like mold on edges below shower head. Get rid of alarm clock or see that housekeepers make sure they are not set. I pulled the plug but was surprised when it went off earlier than acceptable anyhow. Irritating! Breakfast was nicer than many comparable properties. Staff was very pleasant.

Stay wasn’t bad except for the fire. Staff didn’t seem to know what to do and didn’t provide a lot of guidance to guests. When the fire department said we could return to our room the staff couldn’t find the key to turn the elevator back on. This presented a problem as my husband is handicapped. Fortunately 3 firemen got him back up to our room.
