In town for a night to attend a Steelers game. The room was outstanding. Very clean and very comfortable. My only complaint is the pillows. They were way to soft and flat.

My wife and I spent 2 nights over this past weekend and we were unfortunately disappointed with our stay. Our room was never cleaned and a couple of our towels weren’t clean as they had stains on them. The bathroom floor did not make us feel comfortable to enjoy a shower too. Overall, poor stay and service.

The room looked very nice, very clean, wood floors, cold fridge, everything worked, nothing looked sketchy. The staff was very friendly to me. I didn't get to try the pool, it was closing when I was checking in. Breakfast was par at best, lots of options but nothing stellar tasting.
