Although this hotel sits close to a road, my second floor room was quiet, clean and conveniently located to my destination. The breakfast was adequate and the staff very helpful and nice. I would stay here again if ever passing through.

Room as nice but needed some attention as far as cleanliness. There were long dark hairs in our bathtub, and all over shower curtain. The bathtub was slippery from oil or something. Thankful we were on first floor, because elevator was on the fritz. Front deck lady was nice.

2 day stay was average, was overcharged and double billed for a 20 oz soda (paid $10.00!). Night cashier was not helpful in correcting issue nor was she friendly. The next night there was a large soda spill in the elevator around midnight, I asked night attendent 2x to please get a mop and clean before someone fell. We checked out at noon the next day (12 hours later) and it was now a large sticky mess.

Coffee was cold in the morning but the breakfast was excellent. I called about the coffee being cold after I got back up to my room and then I took a shower went back down after my shower coffee was still cold people were waiting but that is definitely a first world problem was annoying however

I didn't like the dirty pair of mens underwear on the top shelf of the closet. I mentioned it to the front desk when checking out. I showed him the picture I took . He apologized. Other than that unsightly surprise, my wife and I have never had a complaint with any earlier stays at Hampton Inns & Suites.

Very close to all highways; quiet. The bed was ok - not as comfortable as the other Hampton on Murtland. The pillows were not comfortable at all.
