My husband took a video of a cockroach in our room and the lady would not refund our stay or anything. It was absolutely ridiculous. We came for our thanksgiving get together with our family who paid thousands of dollars and they couldn’t even refund our one room with a video clearly showing a cockroach on our floor. Super disappointed.

I had a reservation made thru Expedia. I arrived at the location. The check in staff said I had they had no reservation for me and said I had to call Expedia. Called Expedia, was on the phone for over an hour. No resolution. Expedia tried calling the hotel. The staff didn’t answer the phone. I went back in with my cell phone with Expedia on the line, gave my personal phone to the check in staff member. No resolution. Asked front desk staff if I could just pay for a room was told they didn’t have any. Asked if they could check another location. Was told they didn’t have time and could do nothing else. I was then stranded. This was awful! Awful service at the hotel and from Expedia! Totally terrible!!! Never stay at this property. They will strand you!

ice machine was broken on 4 and had a bag of garbage that made it smell with dirty diapers. pool and hot tub had a green tint to it however I think they pool might be stained. pretty noisy with the planes coming in constantly overhead.
