The overall service wasn't impressive
Except for one elderly lady at the reception, the other staff didn't satisfy me much. The person who checked me in didn't input my name right into the system. So, I couldn't log into the wifi. Later in the afternoon he corrected it. I had requested a wake-up call at 6.30 am. It wasn't done. The service person in the breakfast area lacked in politeness. Upgraded to a Suite
When we arrived for our 4-night stay we were greeted with a friendly face who got us checked in quickly. Once entering our room, I realized we did not have the queen double bed room originally reserved so we addressed this with the front desk and while they were completely sold out, even overbooked, every effort was made to try to correct the reservation. Ultimately they provided us with meal tickets for breakfast for 4 people ($15 each). We were very appreciative of their efforts however the room was an upgraded room putting us into a suite with one long bed and a pullout sofa. The room was perfect! Restaurant/lounge on premises as well. Huge venue space and conference center, pool, and fitness center. This hotel checks all the boxes!
