They were three light bulbs out in my room covered in years of dust. The shower was very lack luster as well only because the hot water setting was blocked or rusted shut only allowing cold showers. They were also a huge stain on the bed skit and traffic noise all night. The lady that checked us in was nice enough slightly void of any personality. I’ve definitely had better IHG experiences.

Being under the freeway made sleepojg hard, constent car noise and the garabage truck at 3 am woke me out of a dead sleep. Parking is 28 dollars a day

At check in, the staff was NOT friendly. We had a friend that cancelled and I tried to tell the check in lady, we wouldn't be using the 1 room. She quickly shut me up, didn't want to listen to anything I had to say, and just handed me the keys to my room. So unprofessional and cold. The hotel was very clean, bed very comfortable. Parking is easy, great location on the North Shore. At check out, the staff was very friendly and even told us to have a good day!

My stay was only for 1 night, I had booked through Expedia to pay at the property, my reservation included parking, when I checked out I asked for the receipt to check the charge, and they told me since I'd booked through Expedia, they would provide the receipt, later I go to Expedia to get my receipt and said that since I'd paid at the property they should give it to me, at the end I got no reciept for either party not knowing how much I was charged, it's when I get my bank statement where I realized they had charged me 25 dollars extra for my reservation, which I assume it's because they charged again for parking, but since I never got a receipt, I dont know exactly, only thing I know is at the end I got ripped off by the property. Also, during my stay I saw two huge trash bags just by the elevator doors that nobody removed in the entire stay, don't know what problems they had with the cleaning staff, would not stay here again.
