Clean room Typical breakfast and the staff was on top of refilling stations Very responsive staff especially Dustin the night clerk Paid for parking in my rate but didn’t need it and couldn’t adjust the rate. 3 large cleaning cart trash in hallways for the LOS Pool wasn’t available Floors were very dirty Definitely not the usual Holiday Inn experience.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip for 4 nights. The bed seemed comfortable until I woke up with horrible back pain that I had the entire time. Note I didn't have the back pain until sleeping in that bed. My room was only cleaned 3 out of the 4 days. Anytime I needed anything from the front desk staff they were kind of dismissive. I did enjoy the cleanliness of the room when it was cleaned. The breakfast was good no concerns there. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but did hear from other people staying there that it was VERY cold. Was also very small and I didn't want to be that close to strangers. Overall it would have been a lot better of a stay if the bed would have been better.

Painfully slow check-in, and delayed breakfast
The room was wonderful. Clean, super comfortable beds, cool city view. The problem was that it was short-staffed. Upon arrival there was a line about 6-travelers deep, and it took 30+ minutes to get checked in. Only one front desk guy, who was just painfully slow as anything, but nice. And there was a Steelers pre-season game, so there should have been a second person doing check-ins. While we were in line, even more people crammed in behind us. The next morning, breakfast was delayed 30 minutes, and there was a sign saying so. Short-staffed again! And in checking out, there was only one guy again, a different fellow, who was faster but not very friendly. It's a GREAT location with easy parking and clean rooms, but it's really short-staffed. Will we stay there again? Yes. But we would insist on an early check-in to avoid another possible long line/slow check-in. 30 minutes is a long time to wait.

Great location, fantastic stay!
View of the bridge was awesome. Super easy walk to the Pirates game and the Steeler’s game. Parking was easy, staff was friendly. Breakfast was delayed one morning so we didn’t get to try it but overall would absolutely stay again.
