The room was clean. Bathroom is a bit small and bathroom’s barn door unless hooked/locked properly slides open. We booked this hotel over the adjacent hotel because of the pool as we had a 5 year old with us who anticipated the pool time. The pool was down for maintenance/cleaning the entire 2 days. Also, my daughter and I paid the same amount but had 2 different type rooms.

I checked in on a Wednesday I checked out on a Sunday not once, was my room serviced in any shape or form. Two of the nights they were large groups of people coming up from the pool after 11 o’clock, making a lot of noise. The stench of marijuana on the floor on Friday and Saturday night was overwhelming. The breakfast in the morning was very nice.

Upon arrival, 4 people were right in front of the entrance smoking. We ended up bringing luggage through a side door that read out of order, but opened right up, to avoid the smoke. Our room smelled of wet dog. It was coming from the air conditioner unit as well as the floor. If we were not leaving in 6 hours we would have moved all 5 of us but it was late and we're exhausted. The room appeared clean but the odor was strong and 3 of us couldn't use the pillows because they too smelled. Very disappointing.

We appreciated the convenience of the property, the spaciousness of the room and the great breakfast selection. While we were aware that the hotel is a pet-friendly facility when we booked, and we are not pet owners, we definitely noticed the distinct doggy smell in our room from previous guests’ dogs

The rooms were decent, I had requested extra towels never got them, the breakfast bar is all premade microwave items, my kids wanted to go swimming and when we got to it we were told it was closed for maintenance but after it opened they went in and didn’t stay in long becasue they kept getting long hairs stuck to them and finding stickers and bandaids in the pool.
